Abstract

Aplikasi POK (Permintaan Order Kerja) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk melaporkan suatu permasalahan berupa kerusakan pada suatu benda atau alat pada PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan framework PHP yaitu CodeIgniter dan Bootstrap. CodeIgniter merupakan framework PHP yang dibuat berdasarkan kaidahMVC (Model-View-Controller), sedangkan Bootstrap merupakan sebuah framework css yang memudahkan pengembang untuk membangun website yang menarik dan responsif. Pegawai PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini dengan menginputkan keluhan (open ticket) berupa teks diwaktu kapan saja dan dimana saja. Hal ini dikarenakan aplikasi POK sudah berbasis online. Setelah ticket dikirim melalui aplikasi, pihak admin akan memeriksa tempat atau departemen yang peralatannya mengalami kerusakan. Pada sistem ini terdapat data karyawan, data departemen, data pengajuan POK, dan laporan pengajuan POK, sehingga dengan adanya Aplikasi Permintaan Order Kerja ini, dapat membantu mempermudah proses pelaporan kerusakan alat.

Abstract

The focus of the research study is related to automatic waste handling with a microcontroller-based Smart Trash System. The purpose of this study is the implementation of the clustering method with the centroid linkage approach on Smart Trash. The term Smart Trash is intended for bins that have features with more functions than bins in general. This Smart Trash System Design uses Arduino UNO as a data processor, inductive proximity sensor and proximity sensor as a metal and non-metal waste detector. This research uses clustering method with centroid linkage approach. The results of inductive sensor metal waste detection devices using clustering method with the centroid linkage approach can detect waste 0-4 mm away from garbage objects with an accuracy value of 71% and, the ultrasonic sensor non-metal sensor waste detection devices use the clustering method with the centroid linkage approach can detect rubbish with a distance of 3-18 cm from the garbage object with an accuracy value of 85.7%.

Abstract

Digital transformation in human resources (HR) functions encourages organizations to replace manual administration with web-based HR information systems to improve data integration, security, and decision-making speed. However, implementing HR systems that still rely on hardcopy files or spreadsheets faces various challenges, such as the risk of data loss, inconsistent updates, weak access control, and delays in HR services. From a software engineering perspective, the prototype method is considered effective in addressing requirement uncertainties because it allows user involvement through continuous iteration and feedback. This study aims to (1) design and implement an HR information system development algorithm using the prototype method and (2) quantitatively evaluate the impact of prototyping iterations on system quality, including usability, security, and flexibility, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of HR processes. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis based on a Likert scale to measure users' perceptions of system quality. The results showed that prototyping iterations positively contributed to improving system quality and supported the effectiveness of HR services, particularly in accelerating administrative processes and reducing operational errors. These findings reinforce the role of the prototype method as a relevant development approach for web-based personnel information systems. Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of a biomass-fueled fish dryer equipped with a blower and an automatic control system based on an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. The system consists of a combustion chamber, a drum-shaped drying chamber, a blower, a type-K temperature sensor, and a MAX6675 module controlled via a solid-state relay (SSR). Tests were conducted under no-load and load conditions using milkfish. The results showed average drying temperatures of 78.76 °C and 64.1 °C, with drying rates of 74.2 g/h and 70.6 g/h, respectively. The final moisture contents were 19.1% and 19.4%. The temperature control system operated stably without overshoot and effectively regulated the blower. Heat transfer efficiency reached 64.48% and increased to 70.26%, while the overall thermal efficiency was 3.12% due to the open system design without insulation. Coconut shell biomass proved to be an economical and more sustainable energy source.
