Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kualitas (Perceived Quality) dan kewajaran harga (Price Fairness) terhadap minat beli (Purchase Intention) pada produk frozen food. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berada di Surabaya. Sampel dari penelitian adalah 60 orang konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian frozen food. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik Analisa statistika yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan/pengaruh positif antara perceived quality dengan price fairness dan perceived quality dengan purchase intention, sedangkan tidak ada hubungan/pengaruh antara price fairness dan purchase intention. Pengaruh yang paling kuat adalah perceived quality terhadap price fairness. Sehingga konsumen menilai perceived quality merupakan hal yang penting bagi produk frozen food dan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk frozen food tidak ditentukan oleh price fairness. Abstract

The high demand for quality drinking water in Indonesia, at least Indonesia needs 570.40 million liters every day. PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk is a drinking water producer with the first producer in Indonesia to receive a food safety management ISO 22000: 2005 certificate and has a Top Brand Index 2021 achievement of 39.7% with the first rank in the Oxygenated Bottled Drinking Water category. Management performance appraisal is important not only for internal, but also for the government, investors and the general public. This assessment can be used as a tool used to assess the level of efficiency and effectiveness of management in implementing strategies and preventing company losses. This study aims to determine the management performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk for the 2018-2020 period using the Balanced Scorecard method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The object of this research is the Financial Statements of PT Sariguna Primatrita Tbk for 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that the performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk in 2018 to 2019 is categorized as good by getting a total score of 16. However, in 2019 to 2020 there was a decline in performance due to non-optimal use of all assets to generate company profits but still got a total score of 10.

Abstract

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan era MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi Asia) ini agar organisasi tetap dapat bertahan, termasuk organisasi pendidikan harus pandai mengubah strateginya dari bisnis yang didasarkan labor-based view menuju knowledge based view dengan karakteristik utama ilmu pengetahuan. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penilaian dan pengukuran knowledge asset (aset pengetahuan) tersebut adalah Intellectual Capital. Dengan pengelolaan intellectual capital yang bagus diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi intellectual capital terhadap kinerja Guru di beberapa SMU di Sidoarjo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 Guru di beberapa SMU di Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari olah data menghasilkan temuan bahwa intellectual capital mampu memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berarti terhadap kinerja Guru di beberapa SMU di Sidoarjo. Untuk meningkatkan intellectual capital guru ada baiknya suatu lembaga menentukan program pengembangan dan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kinerja dan potensi masing-masing.

Abstract

Sistem operasional perbankan di Indonesia sendiri terdiri dari dua macam sistem salah satunya adalah sistem operasional Bank Syariah dimana kegiatan operasional yang dijalankan dapat terjadi berbagai macam resiko yang akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesehatan bank sehingga dibutuhkan analisis kesehatan bank untuk digunakan para stakeholder dalam mengambil suatu keputusan. BTPN Syariah adalah anak perusahaan BTPN yang menjadi bank Syariah ke 12 di Indonesia dan sebagai pilihan strategis bagi masyarakat pra sejahtera ketimbang perbankan syariah lainnya Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kesehatan dan potensi financial distress pada Bank BTPN Syariah menggunakan metode RGEC periode 2014-2018. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode RGEC dalam menganalisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan Bank BTPN Syariah dari tahun 2014-2018 dinyatakan sangat sehat dan tidak berpotensi mengalami financial distress. Dengan begitu bank BTPN Syariah menunjukkan mampu berkinerja dengan sangat baik dalam menghadapi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya.

Abstract

The Covid-19 condition brought changes to the company's performance and this situation was also felt by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP, Tbk. Thus, performance appraisal is needed by companies to evaluate and decide policies and take the right strategy. Performance appraisal for public companies can encourage value creation into stable growth, so that companies have good performance both from operations and finance and the public can invest in these companies. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's internal performance in order to assist the company in determining strategies that are appropriate to the company's circumstances and assessing the company's external performance for investment decision making for investors. This research method is a qualitative research with postpositivism method. The results of this study indicate that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP Tbk in 2018-2020 is in quadrant II in the financial strategy matrix by having a positive value in MVA and being in the excellent value manager quadrant in GVM, so that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP Tbk is very suitable for long term investment.

Abstract

Dolly Society still does not yet have online marketing knowledge, which can help market products that have been produced. Online marketing is one way to market SMEs to increase sales. Nowadays technology is progressing so that almost every marketing activity can be helped by using the internet. Promotions and advertising activities can also be done online so that they are more efficient. In the past, buying must meet the seller, so now you don't have to meet the seller. Can be admitted at home like the sale of other online products. For this reason, in community service, it provides broader and more varied marketing knowledge. Online marketing training was attended by mothers who had previously received training in making catfish-based products. So that after being able to make it can also sell.

Abstract

Based on data released by OJK in 2019, Indonesia's financial literacy index is still 38.03% well literate, where a country's financial literacy can support economic growth so that a lack of financial literacy will become a problem in the environment, especially in Islamic boarding schools, one of which is at the AlJihad Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya. This study aims to educate financial literacy in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is the Service Learning (SL) method, which is a community empowerment method that integrates academic activities into community empowerment which in turn provides an opportunity to actualize the integration of academic knowledge and problems in society. The community service is carried out for three days on December 9-11, 2022 for three to four hours, with one speaker from outside. The materials trained are Personal finance management, savings and loans, risk management and insurance, and investment. The implementation of community service went well, and based on the results of the pre-test before being given training, the financial literacy of students was low and the index was less literate, and after being given financial education the level of financial literacy became moderate and the index increased from the previous less literate to sufficient literate based on the OJK index, which means that students have an understanding and confidence about financial service institutions and financial products and services, including features, benefits and risks, rights and obligations related to financial products and services, but do not yet have skills in using financial products and services. Skills in using can be improved if students have earned their own income and can fully manage their finances.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan menjadi kompetensi yang penting dimiliki masyarakat karena tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat dapat menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun berdasarkan data yang dirilis OJK tahun 2022, indeks literasi keuangan Indonesia masih 49,68 % well literate, sisanya pada skala sufficient dan less literate. Kurangnya literasi keuangan menjadi masalah di lingkungan pendidikan pesantren salah satunya di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan, sehingga perlu adanya edukasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti perbandingan literasi keuangan santri pondok pesantren roudlotun nafiyah pasuruan, sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan edukasi keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisi SPSS 26, peneliti memberikan pre test kepada 40 santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan, kemudian dilanjut edukasi keuangan tentang literasi keuangan dengan empat indikator yaitu pengetahuan umum keuangan pribadi, tabungan dan pinjaman, asuransi dan investasi, hasil edukasi keuangan diukur dengan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan sebelum diberikan edukasi keuangan adalah rendah dan indeks less literate, kemudian setelah diberikan edukasi keuangan tingkat literasi keuangan tetap rendah tapi, indeks sufficient literate. Berdasarkan uji beda t-test, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan literasi keuangan santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi keuangan.
