Abstract

Facing a period of adaptation to new habits, people will face many unfamiliar situations. Moreover, as consumers, people will be more thoughtful and detailed in making their choices on a product. Management must exercise greater caution when formulating a competitive strategy during habitual change if a company wants to keep and grow its customer base. This research aims to answer the question, "To what extent does knowledge sharing affect the use of social media and learning models in response to the goals of autonomous learning and autonomous universities?" we investigate the interplay of our study's components. Customers who have expressed an interest in purchasing an SME product will be surveyed using questionnaires. Purposive sampling with incidental sampling was used to administer the questionnaire to college and university students. 148 participants have been collected, and a research model structure is implemented in Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS software. Previous studies have shown no positive effect of the brand equity variable on consumers' propensity to purchase products from SMEs. The results show that the correlation of brand awareness of MSME products to brand equity is strongly influenced by brand awareness of MSME products which is given consistently on social media.

Abstract

This research aims to analysis of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Bank Syariah Indonesia branch office Surabaya Dharmawangsa and analysis of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in order to improve managerial performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia, branch office Surabaya Dharmawangsa. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. While the primary data sources are four employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia branch office Surabaya Dharmawangsa with secondary data from various literatures such as books, journals, and articles that are relevant. Data collection techniques used by observation, interview, and documentation. While the data processing technique is done by editing, organizing and analyzing data. The results obtained by researchers are that the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Bank Syariah Indonesia branch office Surabaya Dharmawangsa is considered quite good and in line with Total Quality Management (TQM) theory which is a strategy in management that is oriented to customer satisfaction which involves all employees or parts of the company. The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) has relevance to managerial performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia branch office Surabaya Dharmawangsa. This is evidenced by the many aspects that can be linked such as evaluations carried out to improve managerial performance as well as in Total Quality Management (TQM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kualitas (Perceived Quality) dan kewajaran harga (Price Fairness) terhadap minat beli (Purchase Intention) pada produk frozen food. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berada di Surabaya. Sampel dari penelitian adalah 60 orang konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian frozen food. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik Analisa statistika yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan/pengaruh positif antara perceived quality dengan price fairness dan perceived quality dengan purchase intention, sedangkan tidak ada hubungan/pengaruh antara price fairness dan purchase intention. Pengaruh yang paling kuat adalah perceived quality terhadap price fairness. Sehingga konsumen menilai perceived quality merupakan hal yang penting bagi produk frozen food dan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk frozen food tidak ditentukan oleh price fairness. Abstract

The high demand for quality drinking water in Indonesia, at least Indonesia needs 570.40 million liters every day. PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk is a drinking water producer with the first producer in Indonesia to receive a food safety management ISO 22000: 2005 certificate and has a Top Brand Index 2021 achievement of 39.7% with the first rank in the Oxygenated Bottled Drinking Water category. Management performance appraisal is important not only for internal, but also for the government, investors and the general public. This assessment can be used as a tool used to assess the level of efficiency and effectiveness of management in implementing strategies and preventing company losses. This study aims to determine the management performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk for the 2018-2020 period using the Balanced Scorecard method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The object of this research is the Financial Statements of PT Sariguna Primatrita Tbk for 2018-2020. The results of this study indicate that the performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk in 2018 to 2019 is categorized as good by getting a total score of 16. However, in 2019 to 2020 there was a decline in performance due to non-optimal use of all assets to generate company profits but still got a total score of 10.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan menjadi kompetensi yang penting dimiliki masyarakat karena tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat dapat menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun berdasarkan data yang dirilis OJK tahun 2022, indeks literasi keuangan Indonesia masih 49,68 % well literate, sisanya pada skala sufficient dan less literate. Kurangnya literasi keuangan menjadi masalah di lingkungan pendidikan pesantren salah satunya di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan, sehingga perlu adanya edukasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti perbandingan literasi keuangan santri pondok pesantren roudlotun nafiyah pasuruan, sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan edukasi keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisi SPSS 26, peneliti memberikan pre test kepada 40 santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan, kemudian dilanjut edukasi keuangan tentang literasi keuangan dengan empat indikator yaitu pengetahuan umum keuangan pribadi, tabungan dan pinjaman, asuransi dan investasi, hasil edukasi keuangan diukur dengan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan sebelum diberikan edukasi keuangan adalah rendah dan indeks less literate, kemudian setelah diberikan edukasi keuangan tingkat literasi keuangan tetap rendah tapi, indeks sufficient literate. Berdasarkan uji beda t-test, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan literasi keuangan santri mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Roudlotun Nafiyah Pasuruan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi keuangan.

Abstract

Objective–This study aims to investigate the influence of work procedures and punishment on employee productivity, with work quality as a mediating variable, at PT ABC in Bojonegoro. It specifically examines whether work quality can mediate the effects of work procedures and punishment on productivity.Design/methodology/approach – Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 48 employees from unit 801 of PT ABC. The research employed path analysis using SPSS version 25 to test direct and indirect relationships among variables: work procedures, punishment, work quality, and employee productivity.Findings – The results indicate that work procedures, punishment, and work quality each have a direct and significant positive effect on employee productivity. Work procedures and punishment also have significant positive effects on work quality. However, the study found that work quality does not significantly mediate the relationship between either work procedures or punishment and employee productivity.Research limitations/implications – These findings contribute to organizational behavior and human resource management theories by confirming that structured procedures and fair punishment mechanisms directly improve productivity. However, they challenge assumptions about the mediating role of work quality, particularly in high-target environments and Future studies should consider expanding the scope to include multiple units or companies across different sectors to enhance the external validity of the findings.Practical implications – For management, the study highlights the importance of maintaining clear SOPs and transparent punishment systems. However, it also emphasizes the need to align productivity metrics with quality assurance processes. Organizations are encouraged to integrate employee training and performance feedback to enhance work quality alongside productivity.Originality/value – This research offers novel insights into the limited mediating role of work quality in the relationship between procedural and disciplinary mechanisms and productivity. It underscores the complex interaction between external motivators and internal work values in driving performance within operational teams
