Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership of school principals in improving teacher performance quality in the digital era. The research method employed is library research by reviewing various scientific journals, books, research reports, and relevant educational policies. The findings indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in creating a conducive school climate, motivating teachers to innovate, and utilizing digital technology in the learning process. Three key aspects identified as essential for strengthening teacher performance are adaptation to rapid changes, improvement of data literacy, and teacher well-being and work-life balance. The effective application of transformational leadership encourages the enhancement of teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, strengthens collaboration, and ensures that learning remains relevant to students’ needs in the digital age. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how school principals can act as change agents by integrating vision, motivation, and digital innovation to empower teachers. Therefore, transformational leadership serves as a strategic approach to improving education quality and addressing the complex challenges of 21st-century education in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of ethnicities, races, and religions. Diversity in any field will indeed lead to differences, and it must be known that these differences will certainly trigger potential conflicts. If conflict is not managed properly, it can lead to extreme attitudes in maintaining different interpretations of each group's truth claims. So to create a prosperous and harmonious national and state life, it is necessary to have moderation in religion as a form of effort for welfare and harmony between religious communities. Al-Qur'an as a moderated guide and guide to determine a new direction for the general public in understanding religion and bring changes to a more balanced perspective.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in building a civilization based on humanitarian values in the midst of building a civilization based on human values in the midst of modernization and globalization. challenges of modernization and globalization. PAI functions as a pillar in shaping the character of shaping the character of individuals who are intellectually intelligent and have social and spiritual awareness. Through the cultivation of values such as honesty, justice, compassion, and tolerance, PAI contributes to creating a noble generation. in creating a noble generation. However, PAI faces challenges such as secularization of education and external cultural influences. This article proposes strengthening strategies, including the integration of science with Islamic values and improving the quality of educators. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, which involved analyzing literature related to the role of PAI. The contribution of this research lies in the in-depth understanding of the role of PAI, despite the limitations in empirical data. there are limitations in empirical data. Further research is needed to explore the concrete impact of PAI in various educational contexts.
