Abstract

In the era of globalization, it will demand every company to produce good quality products and also quickly in the completion of the product. Xyz Company is a company engaged in manufacturing. The company produce PCI Girder, Spunpile, U-ditch, and Barrier. But production activities there is a mismatch between the plans and the realization that has been made by the company, especially on spunpile products. The purpose of this study is to find out occurrence that affect human resource management planning and to find out how to manage these occurrence. For the method used, the authors used the method of interviewing, observing and distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, frequency index, severity index and importance index. The results of this study are that Xyz company has 4 variables that are most influential in human resource management planning.

Abstract

The government is build a new international airport in Majalengka, West Java. The concept of the West Java International Airport is the feel of a peacock on the roof of the terminal that makes the characteristics of grandeur, uniqueness, and good looking. During the construction of this project, there were various obstacles causing delays in the work. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing project delays and provide suggestions for managing the most influencing factors so that the causes of delays can be minimized so that the project can run according to a predetermined schedule. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to PT.BA employees as contractors who had been selected as competent respondents. This study uses 3 stages of questionnaire using validity and reliability tests using SPSS software version 25 and data analysis of importance index (IMPI). The results of this study are the West Java International Airport Terminal Roof Project has the 5 factors that most influence the work delays. including constraints on the procurement of imported materials (68.23%), delays in the delivery of material (67.24%), limited work access, due to other work related / lack of access (66.96%), improper construction methods causing errors during construction (64.92%) , and the application of new / specialized technologies that are not yet well known (62.30%).

Abstract

The government is building two dams to pursue flood capacity in Jakarta, one of which is the X Dry Dam project. There were obstacles during the construction of this project, which resulted in several changes in the form of contract amendments. The purpose of this study is to determine the most influential factors that cause contract amendments and give suggestions for that factors, so the next contract amendment can be minimized and the project can run according to the costs and time that has been set. In this study, the authors use quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are staff at the contractor. Secondary data used is the S curve. This research uses 4 stages of the questionnaire by using the reliability test using SPSS version 25 software and data analysis of importance index (II). From the results of this study are the X Dry Dam Project has 5 factors that most influence the occurrence of contract amendments that are land acquisition (53.33%), severe weather conditions (52.19%), society refusal of the project (48.84%), lacking design process planning (42.12%), and schedule /estimated time by the owner is too fast (40.28%).

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat mempengaruhi produktivitas (Bloom, N., & Van Reenen, J., 2011). Pengaruh tersebut dapat bersumber dari skill pekerja, attitudes, dan behavior (Katou, A.A., & Budhwar, P., 2015). Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan satu kesatuan dalam menentukan strategi yang kompetitiv (Neal, A., West, M.A., & Patterson, M.G., 2005). Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia secara sistematis dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar 3.27% dari total produksi (Katou, A.A., & Budhwar, P., 2015). Sehingga, manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam banyak sector (Eze, M.O., 2018). PT. AB merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada sector fabrikasi precast yang cukup terkemuka di Indonesia. Namun, dalam rangka memenuhi pasokan kebutuhan precast, produktivitas di PT. AB tidak sesuai dengan jumlah yang telah ditargetkan, terutama pada produksi precast spun pile. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui risiko yang berpengaruh tinggi terhadap perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan mengembangkan strategi di PT. AB. Pada penelitian ini, penilaian risiko dan pengembangan perencanaan manajemen manajemen sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan berbasis PMBOK.

Abstract

The expansion of industry and the growth of development facilities in Indonesia is very rapid, especially the construction of buildings. Then the level of difficulty to manage and run a building project is getting higher. The higher level of difficulty, the longer the duration of time required to complete the project. Even though an activity has been planned as well as possible, it still contains uncertainty that it will run fully according to the plan. This happened to the building construction project in Yogyakarta, where the project experienced a delay of 35%. This study aims to find out the causes that have a high influence on the delay in the project. In this study, the influence value category was calculated using the project risk management calculation approach based on the 2017 PMBOK.

Abstract

Pada penelitian sebelumnya yang berjudul Analisis Risiko Penyebab Keterlambatan Proyek Pengembangan Pembangunan Gedung Margono Suradji Yogyakarta Berbasis PMBOK, didapatkan bahwa salah satu risiko tinggi yang berpengaruh pada kinerja waktu proyek adalah jadwal pengiriman material ke site. Agar perencanaan dan penggunaan material menjadi efektif dan efisien, diperlukan perencanaan kebutuhan material yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran perencanaan pengadaan material yang lebih terukur terhadap kuantitas dan jadwal penggunaan material dengan mengaplikasikan model pengadaan metode MRP. Dengan adanya metode MRP diharapkan ketersediaan stok material dapat terjaga secara berkesinambungan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dengan teknik lot-sizing lot for lot model POQ ditemukan pengelola proyek dapat meramalkan jumlah material yang harus dipesan dan juga stock yang harus terjaga dalam setiap pekan sesuai dengan jadwal pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa material bekisting (multiplex 6 mm, 120x240), proses pengadaannya dapat lebih terukur, yaitu pemesanan dilakukan selama 6 kali, dengan jumlah yang berbeda-beda yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pada pekan tersebu. Material besi Dia. 10 mm juga perlu dipesan sebanyak 6 kali dalam 1 periode, sedangkan material besi dia. 19 mm, besi dia. 22 mm, dan wiremesh M-10 hanya cukup 1 kali pemesanan dalam 1 periode pelaksanaan pekerjaan

Abstract

Indonesia faces a significant earthquake risk due to tectonic plate movement and volcanic activity. Most of these risks are borne by the housing sector which is highly vulnerable to damage from earthquakes. Although there have been standards and guidelines for earthquake-resistant homes, damage still often occurs due to a lack of public awareness and ability to implement proposed solutions. This caused a huge financial burden for the government in repairing and rebuilding houses. Education and knowledge about construction also play a role in the level of vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes. To address these issues, increasing youth awareness and understanding of earthquake mitigation and post-earthquake structure audits is essential. Through integrated training and educational programs, youth can become agents of change who play a role in spreading awareness of the importance of structural integrity checks for post-earthquake safety in their neighborhoods.

Abstract

Kinerja waktu proyek merupakan hal krusial yang masih menjadi perhatian hingga saat ini. Industri konstruksi banyak mengalami keadaan yang tidak efisien secara kronis, seperti rendahnya produktivitas, banyak waste, pembengkakan biaya, dan keterlambatan. Pada proyek Balai Latihan Kerja Kupang, banyak terjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga keterlambatan menjadi keniscayaan. Keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proyek ini mencapai 19.996% pada akhir kontrak, sehingga dilakukan addendum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis risiko penyebab keterlambatan proyek dengan analisis kuantitatif berbasis PMBOK 2017 dan juga memberikan rekomendasi strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengendalikan risiko tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data tahap awal dilakukan dengan mencari penyebab keterlambatan proyek yang bersumber dari literatur review, kemudian dilakukan validasi pakar tahap awal untuk validasi konten dan konstruk, kuisioner disebar kepada 35 responden. Instrument penelitian diuji melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Setelah melewati uji instrument, analisis manajemen risiko dilakukan dengan merujuk analisis risiko kuantitatif pada PMBOK 2017. Berdasarkan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa faktor material, alat, dan tenaga kerja termasuk dalam kategori risiko tinggi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan diantaranya adalah dengan membuat penjadwalan detail terkait kebutuhan sumber daya proyek dan melakukan inovasi penjadwalan dan pengelolaan proyek.

Abstract

Kecamatan Menes, Kabupaten Pandeglang, merupakan wilayah rawan gempa dengan tingkat kerusakan bangunan tinggi akibat kurangnya pemahaman tukang bangunan lokal terhadap prinsip konstruksi tahan gempa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tukang dalam metode pembesian struktur rumah ramah gempa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research dengan pendekatan Community-Based Training dan practice-based learning. Kegiatan melibatkan pemaparan materi, praktik lapangan, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi sebesar 54%, khususnya dalam teknik pembesian, penggunaan alat bantu seperti concrete mixer dan bar bender, serta kesadaran terhadap keselamatan kerja (K3). Program ini juga memperkuat struktur organisasi komunitas tukang sebagai langkah awal menuju pemberdayaan dan ketangguhan konstruksi berbasis masyarakat.
