Abstract

The role of teaching material in the learning process among other things help teachers deliver the material, being the main reference, a good selection of learning materials is a rigorous selection process so that the proper materials are used. Because not all teaching material that is worth used. So this research aims to find out what types of materials are used, along with the reason as well as to determine the feasibility of teaching material of economic subjects accounting material used in SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan based on criteria that includes four components BSNP feasibility feasibility component, is the content preparation, language and graph. The results of the research note that the teaching material used in SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan is a textbook and LKS, textbook selected by reason of partnership between publishers with the school while LKS were selected to complement the existing deficiencies in the textbook, as well as component results can be seen after the eligibility and it is known all textbook got a percentage amounting to 91,45%, LKS 57,04%, which it does very decent textbook and LKS worthy. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan struktur aset terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Model analisis untuk penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbantuan SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Penelitian ini menggunakan 156 laporan perusahaan property dan real estate bersumber dari www.idx.co.id. Hasil studi pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2015-2018 menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan profitabilitas memiliki efek positif pada nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh, dan struktur aset berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh, dan struktur aset berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan kewirausahaan telah menjadi topik penelitian yang berkembang sejak tahun 1989. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai yang digunakan sebagai dasar pembelajaran berbasis etnopedagogi. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam implementasi pembelajaran berbasis etnopedagogi di pondok pesantren sebagai upaya mempersiapkan santri menghadapi era 5.0. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) perkuliahan kewirausahaan berbasis etnopedagogi untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi era 5.0 dapat dilaksanakan dengan pemberian materi melalui diskusi studi kasus dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian proyek untuk menyusun rencana bisnis, 2) nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang dijadikan dasar etnopedagogi dalam perkuliahan kewirausahaan meliputi a) integrasi spiritualisme, b) moralitas, c) perencanaan bisnis, d) keberlanjutan sumber daya ekonomi, e) kreativitas, f) inovasi dan intuisi, g) manajemen, h) informasi dan risiko, i) kerjasama, j) titen, k) gemi, l) pethel, m) ora medit, n) sumeh, o) ora iri. Rencana bisnis terdiri dari identifikasi tujuan bisnis, penentuan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan, prediksi modal, identifikasi target pasar, pengukuran kinerja, identifikasi potensi kesalahan dan risiko, dukungan keputusan dukungan modal, dan pengurangan ketergantungan terhadap faktor eksternal.Abstract:  Entrepreneurship education has become a research topic that has developed since 1989. One of the implementations of entrepreneurship education is through ethnopedagogy-based entrepreneurship learning to foster self-confidence, develop creativity and innovation and dare to take risks for individuals which is implemented in Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this research is to explore the values used as the basis for ethnopedagogy-based learning. Apart from that, this research aims to explore in depth the implementation of ethnopedagogy-based learning in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to prepare students to face the 5.0 era. This qualitative research uses a case study method. The data collection techniques used are documentation, observation and interviews. The data in this research was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research are 1) ethnopedagogy-based entrepreneurship lectures to prepare students to face the 5.0 era can be held by providing material through case study discussions and followed by providing projects to prepare business plans, 2) entrepreneurship values used as a basis for ethnopedagogy in entrepreneurship lectures include a) spiritualism integration, b) morality, c) business planning, d) economic resources sustainability, e) creativity, f) innovation and intuition, g) management, h ) informations and risks, i) cooperation, j) titen, k) gemi, l) pethel, m) ora medit, n) sumeh, o) ora iri. A business plan consists of identifying business objectives, determining required resources, capital prediction, target market identification, performance measurement, identification of potential errors and risks, capital support decision support, and reducing dependence on external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital platforms on the growth of halal businesses among Muslim millennials, with a particular focus on the role of Islamic lifestyle and sharia-based brand identity. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review to explore current conditions, emerging trends, and challenges within the digital halal ecosystem. The findings indicate that social media plays a vital role in disseminating information, raising awareness, and promoting halal products. Nevertheless, the level of halal awareness among Muslim youth still requires enhancement through more systematic educational strategies. Theoretically, this study contributes to the growing body of literature on digital halal marketing in the context of the millennial generation. Its practical contribution lies in offering strategic recommendations for business practitioners to leverage social media in reaching the young Muslim market segment. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of Islamic identity, digital behavior, and sharia-compliant branding strategies within the contemporary halal business landscape

Abstract

Abstract: One of the efforts that can be made to improve social welfare is through increasing family income. This community service was carried out to increase family income through community empowerment in the cheap souvenir business in Bojonegoro. The method used in this community service activity was training. This community service activity was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The success of the community service was assessed based on the improvement in participants' product packaging skills, as measured by the N-gain index. The results of this community service activity, namely the training, were conducted effectively. The training activities carried out were able to enhance participants' skills and abilities. Participants expressed satisfaction with the training, as assessed through aspects such as the training content, organisers, atmosphere, and materials used during the training.Abstrak: Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial melalui peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam usaha souvenir murah Bojonegoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah training. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Indikator keberhasilan pengabdian ditinjau dari peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam pengemasan produk souvenir yang ditinjau dari indeks N-gain. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yakni pelatihan telah berlangsung secara efektif. Tahapan kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta. Peserta pelatihan merasa puas ditinjau dari aspek materi, panitia, suasana, dan media yang digunakan dalam pelatihan.

Abstract

Although the population of young Muslims in Indonesia continues to grow, their halal literacy and understanding of Sharia-compliant business practices remain limited. At the same time, social media offers significant opportunities for developing halal businesses among Muslim millennials. The program employed a participatory action research approach within a qualitative framework. This community service program, implemented through an Entrepreneurship course at Institut Agama Islam Al-Fatimah, aimed to enhance students’ halal literacy and their capacity to utilize social media for halal business development aligned with Islamic values and Sharia-based brand identity. Using a qualitative approach, the program involved course-based assignments, mentoring, focus group discussions, observation, and literature review conducted over one academic semester. Students developed halal business ideas and applied digital marketing strategies through social media platforms. The results indicate that social media integration in Entrepreneurship learning effectively increases halal awareness, creativity, and digital skills, while enabling students to test business ideas, build brands, and reach broader markets at low cost. However, students’ understanding of halal remains stronger in marketing aspects than in substantive areas such as production processes and halal supply chains.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has demonstrated significant growth; however, its adoption rate remains relatively low despite the country’s predominantly Muslim population. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic financial literacy in strengthening the influence of Islamic religiosity on the level of Islamic banking adoption in Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative research design using a survey approach of 292 Muslim university students who are customers of Islamic banks in Indonesia, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Islamic religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the level of Islamic banking adoption. Furthermore, Islamic financial literacy is found to function as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between Islamic religiosity and Islamic banking adoption. This study introduces a novel perspective by positioning Islamic financial literacy as a reinforcing mechanism in the relationship between Islamic religiosity and Islamic banking adoption behavior. Theoretically, this study contributes to the Islamic finance literature by enhancing understanding of the interactive role of religiosity and financial literacy in explaining the adoption behavior of Islamic financial services. Practically, the findings provide important implications for Islamic banks and regulators in designing more targeted Islamic financial education and literacy strategies to increase the adoption of Islamic banking in Indonesia Keywords : Sharia financial literacy, Islamic religiosity, Islamic banking adoption
