Abstract

The AMKALA technique of learning is a combined effort combining the approach of word shopping and the method of imagination suggestion. There has been no prior study on the AMKALA method's efficacy in teaching poetry at the high school level. As a result, it is required to undertake research to determine if the AMKALA approach is beneficial for teaching high school students to create poetry. Due to the fact that learning is not conducted face-to-face during this epidemic, it is possible to have challenges conducting an efficient learning program. The researcher is interested in determining the efficacy of the word shopping approach when combined with the imagination suggestion method from songs for teaching children to create poetry during the epidemic. The purpose of this research is to examine the efficacy of the AMKALA technique (take the word song) in teaching students at SMK AL BADAR to create poetry during the epidemic. This study was done at SMK AL BADAR. The study design was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group. This study examines two variables: (1) the independent variable, which takes the form of the "AMKALA" approach, and (2) the dependent variable, which takes the shape of poetry writing abilities. The population of this research included all pupils at SMK AL BADAR, and the sample size was one class divided into a control and an experimental division. The sample was drawn by lot, and from the results of the draw, all 32 kids of SMK AL BADAR were chosen. The data gathering approach used in this study is a test, specifically a poetry writing exam. Mann-Whitney test data analysis method. The results of the Mann-Whitney test on the posttest of the control and experimental classes revealed that; first, there is no statistically significant difference between the mastery of poetry writing skills of SMK AL BADAR students who are taught using the "AMKALA" method and those who are not taught using the "AMKALA" method. This is obvious from the Mann-Whitney test findings on the posttest scores for the control and experimental classes. The computation yielded a significance value of 0.938, which indicates that the value is not significant. Second, teaching kids at SMK AL BADAR to create poetry using the "AMKALA" approach is ineffective.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid growth of sharia financial institutions, especially non-bank financial institutions, has increased the need for SDI with sharia economics expertise. As more people graduate from sharia economics colleges, financial firms can only accommodate a tiny number. Even though sharia economics knowledge is preferred when hiring, many sharia financial firms nevertheless hire non-sharia economists. This study examines if sharia economics college graduates can meet BMT's SDI requirements in Tulungagung. Can BMT's sharia economic SDI improve institutional progress. How do BMT stakeholders see sharia economic SDI contributions. This study seeks to determine if sharia economics university graduates meet BMT-BMT in Tulungagung's SDI requirements. To determine whether SDI improves BMT. Determine BMT stakeholders' reaction to sharia economic human resources inputs. This study follows a qualitative descriptive technique. Data is collected via interviews and documentation. Researchers employed interviews and paperwork to gather data on sharia economics human resources' impact on financial institution stakeholders, particularly BMT in Tulungagung. The study found that Baitul Maal wa Tamwil stakeholders welcomed sharia economics graduates since they had been waiting for SDIs with economics and sharia skills. SDIs' competences do not fulfill BMT's requirements, yet they still hire many people without sharia economics degrees as long as they have the right experience and skills. Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has demonstrated significant growth; however, its adoption rate remains relatively low despite the country’s predominantly Muslim population. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic financial literacy in strengthening the influence of Islamic religiosity on the level of Islamic banking adoption in Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative research design using a survey approach of 292 Muslim university students who are customers of Islamic banks in Indonesia, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Islamic religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the level of Islamic banking adoption. Furthermore, Islamic financial literacy is found to function as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between Islamic religiosity and Islamic banking adoption. This study introduces a novel perspective by positioning Islamic financial literacy as a reinforcing mechanism in the relationship between Islamic religiosity and Islamic banking adoption behavior. Theoretically, this study contributes to the Islamic finance literature by enhancing understanding of the interactive role of religiosity and financial literacy in explaining the adoption behavior of Islamic financial services. Practically, the findings provide important implications for Islamic banks and regulators in designing more targeted Islamic financial education and literacy strategies to increase the adoption of Islamic banking in Indonesia Keywords : Sharia financial literacy, Islamic religiosity, Islamic banking adoption
