Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies on consumer loyalty in the context of businesses implementing CRM practices. The purpose of this study is to examine how CRM strategies, such as customer identification, interaction, and personalization, influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Using a quantitative research approach with a descriptive correlational design, the study surveyed 225 respondents through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to assess the relationship between CRM strategies and consumer loyalty. The results reveal that CRM strategies have a significant positive impact on consumer loyalty, with strong correlations and statistical significance. The findings suggest that businesses can enhance consumer loyalty by improving CRM practices, focusing on personalized services, leveraging customer data, and engaging with consumers through effective communication channels. The study also highlights the importance of maintaining long-term relationships with consumers through loyalty programs and personalized experiences. These findings offer valuable recommendations for businesses to strengthen customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the importance of continuous CRM adaptation to meet evolving consumer needs and technological advancements. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of how CRM strategies contribute to building a loyal consumer base and fostering long-term business growth.

Abstract

This research focuses on how security, trust, and lifestyle relate to the loyalty of DANA e-wallet users in Banjarmasin City. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing a survey of 68 DANA users selected based on domicile, age, and usage intensity criteria. Responses were collected using questionnaires and then tested through a multiple linear regression model with SPSS version 25. The analysis found that security has not become a significant factor in maintaining user  loyalty. In contrast, trust and lifestyle have significant effects. Overall, the simultaneous test shows that the three variables still contribute significantly to user loyalty. These results indicate that loyalty is not sufficiently explained by security aspects alone, but also by users’ confidence in the service and the suitability of application features with daily activity patterns. These findings place trust and service relevance as important elements in maintaining DANA user loyalty. However, these findings should be read by considering the characteristics of the respondents who were dominated by young users, so generalization to all DANA users in Banjarmasin City needs to be carried out carefully.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Satpol PP Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 50 pegawai ASN Satpol PP Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Sedangkan, pengawasan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kerja pegawai tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh satu faktor saja, melainkan merupakan hasil dari interaksi antara kepemimpinan yang baik, pengawasan yang efektif, serta tingkat disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi harus memperhatikan ketiga aspek ini secara bersamaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai secara menyeluruh.
