Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam hal moralitas. Krisis moral di era digital ditandai dengan meningkatnya perilaku menyimpang seperti individualisme, hedonisme, penyebaran hoaks, dan degradasi nilai-nilai etika. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya solusi yang komprehensif dan berbasis nilai untuk membangun kembali karakter individu dan masyarakat. Bimbingan dan penyuluhan Islam hadir sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi strategis yang dapat memberikan arah dan nilai moral berlandaskan ajaran Islam. Melalui pendekatan spiritual, edukatif, dan psikologis, bimbingan dan penyuluhan Islam mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan, akhlak mulia, serta kesadaran akan tanggung jawab sosial dan etika digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, konseling individu, hingga pemanfaatan media digital secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan efektivitas bimbingan serta penyuluhan Islam dalam merespons krisis moral yang terjadi di masyarakat digital, khususnya di kalangan remaja dan generasi muda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Islam yang bersifat holistik, kontekstual, dan adaptif dapat menjadi pilar penting dalam membentuk pribadi yang berkarakter, beretika, dan memiliki kontrol diri yang kuat di tengah arus informasi yang bebas. Oleh karena itu, integrasi antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai Islam dalam bimbingan dan penyuluhan perlu terus dikembangkan sebagai langkah preventif dan kuratif terhadap tantangan moral di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an effective Islamic group counseling model to address adolescent spiritual crises in the digital era, particularly within the context of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning. The digitalization era has brought significant impacts on adolescent spiritual life, creating new challenges such as religious identity crisis, spiritual distraction, and disorientation of Islamic values. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a mixed-method design, involving 180 high school students in Makassar City as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, Likert scale questionnaires, and focus group discussions (FGD). The developed Islamic group counseling model integrates modern psychological approaches with Islamic spiritual values, encompassing stages: (1) spiritual problem identification, (2) homogeneous group formation, (3) implementation of Quranic and Hadith-based Islamic counseling techniques, (4) spiritual evaluation and reflection. Results show that the Islamic group counseling model effectively enhances adolescent spiritual resilience with pre-test scores of 2.3 increasing to 4.2 in post-test (p<0.05). This model successfully reduced spiritual anxiety levels by 67%, increased worship practices by 73%, and strengthened religious identity by 81%. These findings indicate that integrating Islamic group counseling in IRE learning can be an effective solution to address adolescent spiritual crises in the digital era. The research implications highlight the importance of developing IRE teachers' competencies as Islamic counselors and the need for IRE curricula responsive to digitalization challenges.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the field of Islamic guidance and counseling. Advances in information technology have opened new opportunities for Muslim counselors to expand their service reach and enhance the effectiveness of guidance through digital media. However, these developments also present several challenges, such as ethical issues, source authenticity, and the degradation of personal relationships between counselors and clients. This study aims to analyze the forms of transformation in Islamic guidance and counseling in the digital era, as well as to identify the opportunities and challenges faced by Muslim counselors. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results indicate that digital transformation has shifted the paradigm of Islamic guidance from traditional face-to-face methods to a more flexible and interactive technology-based approach. Nevertheless, Muslim counselors are still required to uphold spiritual values, ethical principles, and the authenticity of Islamic teachings throughout the guidance process.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of work, directly affecting career guidance practices. This condition requires career counselors to adapt by integrating digital technology into their professional services. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of career guidance in the digital era and their implications for counselors’ competencies. The research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of national and international scholarly articles published between 2019 and 2026. Data sources were obtained from Google Scholar, ERIC, SINTA, and Scopus databases. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, thematic exploration, and synthesis of findings. The results indicate that the main challenges of career guidance in the digital era include gaps in counselors’ digital competencies, difficulties in maintaining the quality of counseling relationships in online services, privacy and ethical issues, and the phenomenon of information overload experienced by clients. On the other hand, digital technology offers significant opportunities to improve service accessibility, time flexibility, and data-based personalization of career guidance. This study concludes that an effective approach to career guidance in the digital era requires a balanced integration of digital technology and a humanistic counseling approach. Therefore, strengthening counselors’ digital competencies and continuous professional development are essential.
