Abstract

This study discusses the accessibility of persons with disabilities in the Neha Hub public space in Cilandak, South Jakarta. Although regulations regarding the rights of persons with disabilities have been established through Law Number 8 of 2016, their implementation in public facilities is still not optimal. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through field observations, interviews with managers, and literature studies to identify existing conditions and compare them with accessibility standards. The results show that various facilities at Neha Hub, such as the entrance area, parking lot, toilets, creative space, and prayer room, do not meet universal design standards that are friendly to persons with disabilities. The obstacles encountered include narrow circulation spaces, the use of inappropriate flooring materials, the absence of ramps, tactile paving, informative signage, and special toilet facilities for persons with disabilities. These findings confirm that there is still a gap between regulations and implementation in the field. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to redesign public facilities and infrastructure to be more inclusive through the application of universal design so that public spaces can be accessed fairly and comfortably by all levels of society, including people with disabilities.

Abstract

Perubahan sosial akibat urbanisasi di wilayah Depok berdampak pada memudarnya perhatian terhadap budaya Betawi Pinggiran sebagai identitas lokal. Di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital dan budaya visual masyarakat, seni mural berpotensi menjadi medium dialog antar generasi sekaligus sarana revitalisasi memori kolektif. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran seni mural sebagai media dialog budaya melalui sinergi seni rupa dan platform digital di kawasan eduwisata Rumah Budaya Depok. Transformasi budaya akibat migrasi spasial mendorong pergeseran pusat aktivitas budaya ke wilayah pinggiran, sehingga mural dipilih sebagai medium ekspresif untuk merekam dan memvisualisasikan folklor, narasi historis, serta identitas komunal Betawi Pinggiran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui telaah literatur, analisis kontekstual, dan sintesis teoretis. Integrasi teknologi digital, media sosial, koran digital, serta buku saku edukatif memperluas partisipasi publik dan memperkaya pengalaman interpretatif pengunjung. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi seni mural dan teknologi digital efektif membangun dialog budaya lintas generasi serta mendukung pengembangan eduwisata dan pelestarian budaya lokal berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the digital marketing strategy for Healthy Juice products in Ulul Ilmi MSMEs with a SWOT analysis method supported by NVivo software. The data used in this study was obtained from primary sources, namely the interviews and observations of Ulul Ilmi MSME owners, and secondary data from the results of the collection of media articles related to this research. Using NVivo facilitates secondary data analysis in media articles relevant to digital marketing topics, allowing for more in-depth identification of patterns and themes—data analysis techniques to identify data and digital marketing strategies using the SWOT Matrix. The findings from this research analysis indicate that Ulul Ilmi MSMEs have the main strengths in product quality and the ability to innovate, which can be used to expand market reach through digital strategies. Significant opportunities are found in the increasing health trends among the public and the ease of access to marketing through digital platforms. However, this research also reveals weaknesses in mastery of digital technology and the threat of increasingly fierce competition. By utilizing NVivo, this study successfully identified digital marketing strategies that MSMEs can implement to optimize market potential and strengthen competitiveness.

Abstract

As a public space, Neha Hub is a mixed-use space that involves various facilities including educational art spaces, art gallery spaces, music studios, and is a means of various entertainment and cultural arts performances. Neha Hub also collaborates with Creativite Indonesia, a management engaged in the organization of creativity activities that collaborate in various arts and creativity activities, such as crafts, fashion, interiors, architecture, photography, and performing arts through educational activities. With various facilities available to realize the vision and mission of further developing the quality of performances by not distinguishing participants in terms of age, gender, interests and inclinations including people with disabilities to be able to participate in it. This will be the focus of the research compiled. The research aims to find out the barriers and find solutions to accessibility problems faced by people with disabilities when visiting Neha Hub. The research was conducted at the Neha Hub public space in Cilandak, South Jakarta. The author uses a combination of quantitative methods in data collection and ergonomic aspects and qualitative methods as a basis for analyzing the humanities of existing conditions. Referring to Ron Mace's universal design theory, (1980) which states that with the perception of projects and environments designed and occupied, considering the possibility of their use by different user profiles: from children to the elderly, including certain limitations. Based on the survey that has been conducted, it is known that accessibility in the Neha Hub public space is not friendly to people with disabilities. Therefore, Neha Hub as a public space must have facilities and infrastructure needed by all groups including people with disabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi artistik dari material kabel sebagai elemen utama dalam desain furnitur, khususnya pada produk coffee table. Dengan pendekatan berbasis penciptaan (art- based research), proses eksperimen dilakukan secara langsung melalui kerja sama dengan pengrajin untuk merealisasikan ide ke dalam produk nyata. Coffee table ini merupakan hasil dari eksplorasi, dengan bentuk visual  yang  terinspirasi  dari  karakteristik  kabel  yang  fleksibel,  berwarna-warni,  serta  memiliki  tekstur unik.  Proses  desain  melibatkan  sketsa  awal,  pengembangan  bentuk,  dan  pertimbangan  struktural  agar produk dapat diproduksi dengan efisien tanpa kehilangan ekspresi artistiknya. Tantangan terbesar dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter kabel, namun dapat diatasi melalui pengembangan teknik lungsen, pakan, dan penambahan struktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kabel sebagai material alternatif mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan desain furnitur yang kreatif, ramah lingkungan, dan komunikatif secara visual.
