STATUS HUKUM IBU TIDAK MENYUSUI BAYI DAN SOLUSI PENCEGAHANNYA Saleh, Agus Nurcholis

Much research has been done on breast milk. The results are significant. But the rate of early breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding is still far from expectations. Moreover, modernization and globalization have succeeded in encouraging women to work. The term, career woman. Unfortunately, the woman forgot her nature as the only supplier of ASI. Be, many babies whose rights are not fulfilled. This study relates the ASI signiﬁcance, including the legal status for women who leave ASI. This study method is literature. The author collects literature on ASI, and legal consequences for those who "intentionally" leave their breastfeeding obligations. The author reads the Qur'an as the main source of analysis. The previous research report became the validation of the main source. This study is written descriptively with the deductive method. This research produced three things. First, they are treacherous towards the mandate of Allah SWT. Second, there are three inherent statuses for mothers who refuse to breastfeed: betrayal, destruction, and debt. Third, the husband must guide his wife to prepare herself as best as possible in the face of pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding, so that the duties and mandates are realized.

Manusia itu sudah diciptakan oleh Allah dengan sempurna. Pendidikan adalah cara manusia untuk menjaga kesempurnaan tersebut. Ada banyak jenjang pendidikan yang dirumuskan dan terlembaga secara mapan. Namun hasilnya masih tidak memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuka informasi dan memberikan pencerahan tentang keterdidikan dalam Alquran, sebagai pedoman manusia untuk memelihara kesempurnaan dirinya sebagai insan terdidik. Penelitian ini bersifat pustaka. Alquran sebagai sumber data utama, dan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dalam penelitian ini. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menetapkan tema. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten. Secara pendekatan, peneliti mengikuti alur tafsir. Hasilnya, tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi belum tentu mencerminkan tingkat keterdidikan. Seorang yang telah menyelesaikan suatu tingkat pendidikan belum tentu memiliki karakter yang disebutkan. This paper is actually the author's desire to contribute to the idea of halal thought initiated by most of the world's Muslims, the author does not interpret halal simply and narrowly but the author tries to interpret halal by changing the paradigm of Muslims that halal must be expanded into a halal industry. in this world. This paper inspires especially Muslims in Indonesia to have the courage to create new halal industries, developed in various aspects of the needs of the wider community. In this paper the author shows how great the potential of the halal industry is, but it must be driven by politics and productive market mechanisms. According to the author's research, the halal industry is actually a religious commandment, namely Islam, but more importantly the substance of the halal industry is to develop the desire and logic of consumption, why because the halal industry will progress and develop depending on the consumer who consumes goods, if the desire and logic of consumption is weak , then as good and as productive as any halal industry will not develop and experience progress, therefore the desire and logic of consumption is very important to be understood by Muslim entrepreneurs who will develop the halal industry.

This study aims to determine the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers to work ethic so as to improve the quality of learning. As well as being able to prepare quality educator resources and make quality students and have good morals. Quality teachers can be seen from their teaching performance, therefore teacher teaching performance is the result achieved by a teacher in achieving learning objectives. To deal with the challenges of Islamic education, a professional teacher is required not only to carry out his duties professionally, but also to have knowledge and abilities that are in accordance with his field of competence. Being a teacher of Islamic education is not only about mastering a material but also being able to make a systematic learning design by specifying the method, what media will be used in the practice of learning. The work ethic in Islamic education teachers can give birth to a professional attitude of a person seriously to get the best results. In other to a diligent attitude, a Muslim does not just work, but also emphasizes to work diligently and well, namely to be able to complete work perfectly because it is the obligation of every Muslim. Furthermore, trust in work is a very noble and main act. In other to being honest in work is not only a demand but also worship. but a Muslim who is close to Allah will work well for this world and the hereafter.

Pernikahan adalah ikatan jasmani dan rohani antara laki-laki dan perempuan menjadi pasangan suami istri, dimana tujuan antara keduanya yaitu membentuk rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan percaya satu sama lain dan percaya pada Tuhan. Pernikahan jarak jauh adalah situasi atau kondisi tertentu yang mengharuskan mereka tidak bisa hidup bersama dalam satu rumah, yaitu berada dengan jarak yang cukup jauh seperti antar pulau bahkan antar negara sehingga tidak mungkin untuk bertenu dalam waktu yang di harapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dampak negatif dan dampak positifnya dan dari masing-masing informan dapat mengatasinya sehingga dalam rumah tangga mereka dapat menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan tetap mengupayakan tujuan menjadi keluarga sakinah. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan, Sakinah, Hubungan jarak jauh. Abstract Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife, where the goal between the two is to form a happy and eternal home based on trust in each other and trust in God. Long distance marriage is a certain situation or condition that requires them not to be able to live together in the same house, that is, they are quite far away, such as between islands and even between countries, so that it is impossible to meet within the expected time. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. it can be concluded that there are negative impacts and positive impacts and each informant can overcome them so that in their household they can create a harmonious family and continue to strive for the goal of becoming a sakinah family.
