Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the internalization of character education values ​​in Arabic Education instruction was forced to adapt and undergo various changes, both planning, design, implementation to assessment, and the shifting of the functions of teachers and parents. This article aims to find out the implementation of character education in Arabic Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at elementary schools. The research was conducted at MTs Aswaja Ngunut, Tulungagung. This research was a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method done with depth interview, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the character education of students in Arabic Education instruction was carried out online using the Zoom Meet platform and WhatsApp group. The religious character is instilled by praying together before and after learning, practicing Dhuha prayer at home, online tadarus together, and instilling the values ​​of tolerance in learning. The students are given independent or group assignments to instill an attitude of independence and cooperation. The teacher instilled the importance of the characteristics of the Prophet such as shiddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathonah to instill integrity. And students are also taught how to love culture and the homeland as a form of nationalism. Arabic Education teachers and parents collaborate and strengthen each other's roles in supporting the strengthening of character education values ​​as long as students carry out learning from home.

Abstract

Card short is one of the learning strategies that teachers can use to facilitate Tarkib learning so that students have the ability to understand Arabic learning texts easily. In the Short Card Strategy, a student can measure the extent of the understanding he gets from a Tarkib learning process. This study aims to describe the application of the short card strategy in learning tarkib in SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati students in the Sunan Pandanaran Ngunut girls' dormitory, especially in increasing students' activeness in learning Arabic. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with the type of field research. The results of the study show that the short card strategy in learning tarkib used by Arabic teachers at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati can identify the extent of students' understanding in the learning process and also increase students' interest and activeness in learning Arabic.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) Tentang Analisis Teks Lagu ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan siswa SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati di Asrama Putra Sunan Gunung Jati PPHM Ngunut Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan penguasaan maharah kitabah. Dalam tulisan ini penulis memilih topik lagu yang relevan dengan usia remaja yaitu lagu ’’Ada Untukmu’’ (Tyo Satrio) dan “Janji Suci” (Yovie and Nuno) yang sudah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Arab. Pelaksana kegiatan PKM merupakan dua orang dosen dan melibatkan dua mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (tim). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa teks lagu yang sudah diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode service learning jenis direct service (pelayanan langsung). Hasil Kegiatan PkM menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PkM ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar bahasa Arab terutama dalam meningkatkan maharah kitabah.

Abstract

Digitalisasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan media interaktif berbasis digital untuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab kontemporer. Media interaktif seperti aplikasi, platform e-learning, dan perangkat lunak berbasis teknologi menawarkan pendekatan baru yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini mengeksplorasi berbagai jenis media digital, manfaatnya, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa media digital dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkaya materi pembelajaran, dan memungkinkan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel. Namun, keberhasilan implementasinya bergantung pada ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi, kompetensi guru, dan akses siswa terhadap perangkat digital.
