Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Siak Regency Government for the 2012-2016 fiscal year measured by financial ratio analysis. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The data are secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Report (LRA) for the 2012-2016 fiscal year. The analysis shows that the financial performance of the Siak Regency Government measured by ratio of regional financial independence shows very low with an average ratio of 9.83%. Furthermore, if measured by ratio of regional financial efficiency shows efficient with an average ratio of 67.51%. Then when measured by ratio of the effectiveness of Own-Source Revenue (PAD) shows effective with an average ratio of 112.51%. When observed by growth ratio shows fluctuation conditition. The Last, measured from the equivalent ratio, especially the ratio of operating expenditure show average ration 64.95% and capital expenditure 31.53%. We conclude that the financial performance of the Siak Regency Government is efficient in terms of spending expenses to obtain revenue with the realization revenue received by government and effective in order to increase revenue of Own-Source Revenue (PAD) to self-financing for government program due to society tend to pay tax and retribution. Beside that the government should maintan success from year to year and focus more on capital expenditure budgeting than operating expenditure budgeting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest in the village of Teluk Latak Bengkalis. This research is used for the process of monitoring and evaluation for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic community service team in the future to formulate a better program in increasing the interest of entrepreneurs in the target community groups. This type of research is explanatory research or explanatory research using hypothesis testing using quantitative approaches. The sample in this study was the community group of Teluk Latak Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 35 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The partial t-test results on the entrepreneurship training variable have Sig. (0.013 and t-test 2,645). Partial t-test results on entrepreneurial motivation variables have Sig. (0.016 and t-count 2,556). Multiple linear regression summary output models have a coefficient of determination of R Square of 39.9%. It can be concluded that entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial motivation can increase interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aim to examine which factors can influence entrepreneurship intention among college student in Riau Province from several factors by previous researches scholars: personality characteristic factors, entrepreneurial competencies factors, and environmental factor. This study applies correlation and regression analysis to test on the sample of 105 college student by using electronic questionnaire. This research shows that the correlation coefficient all independent variable to the dependent variable is significant.  Moreover, this study indicate that determinants of entrepreneurial intention (personality characteristic, entrepreneurial competencies, and environmental) were have significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention among college student in Riau Province Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validasi market dengan uji organoleptik dan hedonik terhadap dodol nanas BUMDesa Kuala Alam yang telah di beri value added melalui inovasi. Kemudian penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap kemasan baru yang didesain yang akan digunakan sebagai media pemasaran produk dodol nanas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) melalui pendekatan sistem dinamis (dynamic system) menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil tanggapan responden terhadap kemasan produk dodol nanas didapat nilai mean 3,62 dengan kategori menarik untuk dibeli. Uji organoleptik dan hedonik untuk varian produk dodol nanas seperti green tea, chocolate, strawberry dan milo dari aroma memiliki wangi yang disukai. Dari segi rasa panelis memberikan jawaban memiliki rasa yang enak dan menyukainya. Begitu juga dengan penilaian terhadap warna sangat mengunggah selera kecuali untuk varian milo. Namun panelis tidak menyukai tekstur produk dodol nanas karena agak berminyak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Resam Lapis Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan ekonomi dan bisnis pengolahan tanaman pada lahan gambut Desa Resam Lapis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (1) observasi atau pengamatan langsung di lapangan; (2) wawancara dengan responden terpilih; (3) pencatatan semua data sekunder dari sumber-sumber informasi yang terkait dengan penelitian; (4) studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber antara lain jurnal, buku, hasil penelitian, prosiding, atau tulisan ilmiah lainnya. (5) Asumsi lahan gambut yang digunakan 1.400m2 . Kesesuaian jenis tanaman yang dapat ditanam di lahan gambut didasari berdasarkan kedalaman atau ketebalan, pH dan jenis kematangan gambut. Sementara parameter kelayakan yang dievaluasi meliputi kelayakan finansial Total Cost, Total Revenue, Net Profit, Break Even Point (BEP), Return On Investment (ROI), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek kelayakan finansial keseluruhan tanaman layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan lebih optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi dalam memberikan masukan terkait pengelolaan lahan gambut yang dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi paling optimal di daerah sebaran lahan gambut lainnya dengan karakteristik lahan gambutyang sama.

Abstract

Transformasi akuntansi era digital seperti automasi proses akuntansi yang transaksional dan harus real time dan integrated reporting mengharuskan akuntan memiliki digital mindset dan mengasah digital competence dalam penguasaan software akuntansi. Penelitian ini melihat faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi menggunakan software akuntansi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan computer anxiety dan computer attitude tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan software akuntansi dalam proses pembelajaran akuntansi. Sedangkan computer self efficacy dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi pemakai berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa menggunakan software akuntansi dalam proses pembelajaran akuntansi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the strategy of business actors in Bengkalis Regency can get agents or buyers in international trade, to find out what are the obstacles for business actors in obtaining agents or buyers in international. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is to explain systematically and describe accurately and clearly. Data collection techniques used in this research are by using interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of research that have been carried out from CV Tuah Bersama and CV Sinar Romindo Indah show that the strategy to get buyers or agents is to survey directly or come to Malaysia. In addition, another method used is by surveying the market there, by providing examples of products that will be sold to agents where the agents obtained are general agents. As for how to maintain agents that need to be done, namely maintaining quality, communicating with each other and giving trust to agents. The main consideration of these two CV Are to take an agent in Malaysia because of the Economic and Market Infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery, determine the factors that differentiate customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery. The type of research is comparative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all consumers of Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery in Bengkalis. The number of samples in the study was 100 people. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics analysis. The dimensions used to measure customer satisfaction of the two bakery shops are product quality, service quality, emotional factors, and price. The study result that customer satisfaction of Corner Bakery and Cafe gets a better rating than MM Bakery based on dimensions of product quality, service quality, and emotional factors. The results also show that service quality is the most factor that differentiate customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery with a difference value around 0.21.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of packaging design on implusive buying behavior. This research uses the quantitative approach to explain the connection between two variables, with aims to know: 1) The effect of packaging design on implusive buying behavior. 2) How much the packaging design affect on implusive buying behavior. This research examines the effect of Mentos products at Indomaret Jalan Antara. The data was collected through questionnaires filled out by implusive buyers of Mentos candy. A total of 100 respondents are examined using non-probability sampling. The data analysis used simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test. The result of research showed that: 1) The packaging design has positive significant affect on implusive buying behavior. 2) Packaging design has impluisive buying behavior about 12,5%. Based on the results of research that has been done, reseracher suggest the packaging design is an important thing on marketing aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to develop this business by creating product diversification, business branding, packaging, new booths, logos, Standard Operating   Procedures   (SOP),   marketing   mix,   constraints   and   solutions encountered during the implementation of this final project to increasing income. This final project uses 3 methods consisting of a project preparation plan, project implementation plan and project accomplishment plan. The results of the implementation of this final project are diversified products in the form of Kasturi Sugarcane and Ginger Sugarcane, a business brand in the form of "Es Tebu Pak De Ren", the packaging using PP injection Cup 500 ml, new booths with wood and aluminum materials, logos with Letter Mark Only type, setting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for production and service, marketing mix using the 4P method: Products in the form of Tebu Jahe and Tebu Kasturi, pricing using the cost plus pricing method of variable costing approach, promotion using social media (Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram), location marketing in Sungai Alam Village. The obstacles faced during the implementation of the project were the weather conditions and running out of packaging supplies, the solution was to pay attention to the weather conditions first and use a replacement cup in the form of a 16 oz plastic cup. The implementation of this final project will start from October 1 to November 25, 2022.
