Abstract

Dengan kehadiran generasi milenial dan lebih kompetitifnya setiap negara dalam memajukan ekonomi negaranya masing masing tidak boleh lagi dipandang sebelah mata, terutama dari sisi peran birokrasi pengambil kebijakan publik, pemerintah perlu didorong untuk lebih efektif dalam menghasilkan kebijakan publik yang memberi dampak positif buat seluruh lapisan strata sosial masyarakat, kebijakan publik yang betul betul bisa membangkitkan gairah enterpreunurship, bukan sebaliknya. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengetahui dan mendalami, baik dari sisi Undang-undang dan peraturan pemerintah, maupun dari sisi lainnya, Khususnya kebijakan tanggung jawab lingkungan perusahaan (CSR). Mungkinkah dapat menjadi faktor pendukung tumbuh kembangnya Koperasi ditengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesia, dan bagaimana hubungan kebijakan tersebut dapat bertemu dalam satu kepentingan yang sama, yaitu keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metodologi campuran antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan teknik wawancara dan quituioner dengan sampling 32 responden, dengan menerapkan teknik analisis LIKERT. Dari hasil penelitian ini, kami menarik kesimpulan sekaligus saran untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh antar kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengembangkan serta menerapkan konsep gaya kepemimpinan Partisipatif dalam memecahkan masalah Kinerja Pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah survey explanatory, yaitu metode ini tidak hanya menjelaskan atau menggambarkan fakta empiris yang ditemui oleh peneliti di lapangan tetapi juga akan menjelaskan tentang analisis pengaruh antara variable X dan variable Y baik secara parsial maupun simultan yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis statistik diperoleh gambaran secara kuantitatif bentuk pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 87.5% dan telah sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Adapun espilonnya adalah sebesar 12.5%.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi akan berhasil atau bahkan gagal sebagian besar ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan, pemimpinlah yang bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan. Sumber daya manusia perlu dikelola secara profesional agar terwujud kesimbangan antara kebutuhan pegawai dengan tuntutan dan kemampuan organisasi atau perusahaan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kegiatan pegawai. 2. Mengetahui satuan nilai dari tiap butir kegiatan oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. 3. Mengidentifikasi target kualitatif dan target kuantitatif oleh gaya transformasional.  4. Menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan transfprmasional terhadap waktu kegiatan sesuai target kualitatif dan kuantitatif. 5. Menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam merencanakan biaya sesuai target kualitatif, kuantitatif dan waktu.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Unit Pengelola Taman Margasatwa Ragunan yang berjumlah sebanyak 267 orang. Jumlah sampel menggunakan Teknik Slovin setelah dihitung diperoleh sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :  1. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kegiatan pegawainnya diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,209 atau (20,9%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa prosentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kegiatan pegawainya pada Unit Pengelola Taman Margasatwa Ragunan sebesar 20,9%. 2. Satuan nilai dari butir-butir kegiatan ditetapkan secara pasti oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional menunjukkan bahwa nilai capaian SKP pegawai pada Unit Pengelola Taman Margasatwa Ragunan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini untuk keseluruhan sampel nilai capaian SKPnya masuk dalam kategori baik. 3. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mampu mengidentifikasi target kualitatif dan target kuantitatif karena kepemimpinan mampu mempengaruhi proses pencapaian tujuan organisasi, kemudian diberikan nilai kuantitatif sebagai ukuran dari besarnya setiap aspek.  4. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mengukur waktu kegiatan sesuai target kualitatif dan target kuantitatif yaitu perilaku pemimpin transformasional mampu bertindak sebagai panutan dan menanamkan kebanggaan, melampaui kepentingan untuk kebaikan kelompok, bertindak dengan membangun rasa hormat, berpenampilan meyakinkan, mempertimbangkan konsekuensi moral dan etis dalam mengambil keputusan. 5. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional merencanakan biaya sesuai target kualitatif, kuantitatif dan waktu yaitu pemimpin mampu menampilkan dua fungsi penting, yaitu fungsi tugas dan fungsi pemeliharaan. Fungsi tugas berhubungan dengan segala sesuatu yang harus dilaksanakan untuk memilih dan mencapai tujuan-tujuan secara rasional, tugas-tugas tersebut antara lain menciptakan kegiatan, mencari informasi, memberi informasi, memberikan pendapat, menjelaskan, mengkoordinasikan, meringkaskan, menguji kelayakan, mengevaluasi, dan mendiagnosis. Fungsi pemeliharaan berhubungan dengan kepuasan emosi yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara kelompok, masyarakat atau untuk keberadaan organisasi. Beberapa fungsi tersebut antara lain mendorong semangat, menetapkan standar, mengikuti, mengekspresikan perasaan, menciptakan keharmonisan, dan mengurangi ketegangan.

Abstract

Cooperation has a central position in government organizations as an effort to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to explain the function of the Head to foster human relations and public relations in building internal and external cooperation; Analyzing human relations and public relations must be done in establishing cooperation; Describe the obstacles in fostering human relations public relations in building cooperation. The research design is descriptive correlational, interview data collection techniques, observations documentations data analysis is quantitative and qualitative—the research samples of 35 respondents. The results showed that 40.0 percent were civil servants with a bachelor's degree, while 70.0 percent were honorary employees with high school education. Research shows that 20 percent conduct population administration service activities. As many as 14.3 percent did employee coaching, as many as 5.0 percent set the administration, as much as 45.7 percent typed, 20.0 percent cleaned the room and yard. The integrity level is 3.7 percent. This cohesiveness through the discipline of carrying out the task, As many as 57.1 percent serve the administration, 14.3 percent attend office activities regularly, as many as 57.1 percent say they serve permits. Abstract

Disasters occur because of two conditions, namely the existence of events or disorders that thraeten and destroys (hazard) and vulnerablility of the community. If there is damage, but the community is not vulnerable, it means that the community handles its own disturbing event or the risk becomes low, while if the condition of the community is vulnerable, but no threating events will occur, there will be no disaster. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of Natural Disaster Management policies, explain Management of Natural Disaster Manajement, Analyze the Utilization of Natural Disaster Management Resources for services provided by BPBD Bogor City. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches, the collection technique is observation, interview and documentation, a sample of 50 respondents, while the data analysis uses the flow model and correlation and Likert scale. The results showed the relationship between buliding material assistence with an earthquake of 0,921, meaning that if there was building material assistance, it could overcome losses caused by the earthquake. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low employee work motivation, which is believed to be caused by less intensive leadership in providing guidance to lower-level employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR). The research employed an associative approach and utilized the Slovin formula for the sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 70 respondents out of a population of 167 employees. Data was collected through structured and in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and participatory observations, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study revealed that leadership style has a significant impact on employee performance, accounting for 83.2%, while the remaining 16.8% was influenced by other variables. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the organization strive to maintain and enhance their communication skills, as the communication skills variable was found to have a dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issuance of Bogor Regent Regulation number 6 of 2018 concerning Providing Additional Employee Income (TPP) for Civil Servants (PNS) and Candidates for Civil Servants. This research is interesting to study considering that it has only been implemented for more than two years and not many have studied this policy in depth. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching this policy to analyze the implementation of the Additional Employee Income policy in the field whether it is going well or not.The method used in this research uses a descriptive analysis method with a total sample of 52 employees as respondents, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using the Weight Mean Score (WMS).The results of this study indicate that the value of the implementation of the policy regarding Additional Employee Income is 4.08, the value of this value is interpreted in the good category. This value is by the results of interviews and observations in the field that the respondent feels the benefits of this policy directly to himself and other employees so that he has the enthusiasm to comply with and implement the policy rules issued by this Regent.Suggestions from the results of this study are that the government in making a policy must pay attention to the content of the policy, especially the benefits of the policy that can be felt directly by the object of the policy and improve the character of leadership by superiors so that the policy context can be implemented properly. Keywords: Regulation; Income; Regional Government.ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the issuance of Bogor Regent Regulation number 6 of 2018 concerning Providing Additional Employee Income (TPP) for Civil Servants (PNS) and Candidates for Civil Servants. Abstract

The quality of public services at the Bogor Regency PDAM Office is still considered problematic. The existence of several complaints due to water outages and clean water quality is still there. Some experts claim that employee performance influenced the quality of public services. Therefore, this study aims to: analyze the performance of employees at the PDAM Office, Bogor Regency; analyzing the quality of public services at the PDAM Office, Bogor Regency; examine whether there is an effect of employee performance on the quality of public services. The method used in this study is a correlational method with a quantitative approach, which is looking for relationships (the effect of one variable on another variable. The study results indicate that the performance of employees at the PDAM Office, Bogor Regency, is considered to be quite good, and the quality of public services is also quite good. Statistical test results show that there is a significant influence on employee performance on the quality of public services.
