Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervision on employee work effectiveness, analyze the influence of work discipline on employee work effectiveness, analyze the influence of supervision and work discipline simultaneously on employee work effectiveness at the Karawang Police Resort, the calculated t value for variable X1 (Supervision) is 7.758 while the t table value for n = 67 is 1.996. So t count > t table or 7.758 > 1.996, it can be concluded that partially the Coordination variable has an effect on employee work effectiveness, the calculated t value for variable X2 (Work discipline) is 10.258, while the t table value for n = 67 is 1.996. So t count > t table or 10.258 > 1.996 , it can be concluded that partially the Officer's Work Discipline variable influences employee work effectiveness, the R Square value is 0.899. This shows that 89.9% of Supervision and Work Discipline simultaneously (together) influence employee work effectiveness while the remaining 10.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the influence of leadership behavior on the effectiveness of member work, the influence of work discipline on the effectiveness of member work and the influence of leadership behavior and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of members of the Bandung Police Narcotics Research Unit, the calculated tvalue for variable X1 (Leader behavior) is 7.859, while the ttable value for n = 69 is 1.995. So 7.859 > 1.995, it can be concluded that partially the variable Leadership Behavior (X1) has a significant influence on the effectiveness of member work (Y), the calculated tvalue for variable X2 (Work Spirit) is 10.669, while the ttable value for n = 69 is 1.995. So 10.669 > 1.995, it can be concluded that partially the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant effect on the effectiveness of member work (Y). The calculated fvalue is 297.332. which is greater than the table fvalue for n = 69 of 2.74 or 297.332 > 2.74 with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said that leadership behavior (X1) and work discipline (X2) jointly influence the effectiveness of member work (Y).

Abstract

This study has the following objectives: To determine and analyze the effect of personnel participation on job satisfaction, to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, and to determine and analyze the joint effect of personnel participation and work motivation on job satisfaction, the calculated t value obtained is 2.075 while the t table value is 1.990 for N = 90, then 2.075 > 1.990, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, from this study it is proven that the participation variable (X1) has a positive influence on the job satisfaction variable (Y), the calculated t value obtained is 6.199 while the t table value is 1.990 for N = 90, then 6,199 > 1,990, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, from this study it is proven that the work motivation variable (X2) has a positive influence on the job satisfaction variable (Y). the calculated F value is 30.467 while the F table for N = 90 is 2.71. Thus the calculated F value (30.467) > F table (2.71), so clearly H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. With F count > F table, it can be concluded that personnel participation (X1) and work motivation (X2) jointly have a positive influence on job satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine the influence of individual characteristics on personnel performance, the influence of organizational commitment on personnel performance, and the simultaneous influence of individual characteristics and organizational commitment on the performance of Rawamerta Sector Police personnel. The t-value for variable X1 (Individual Characteristics) was 4.334. while the ttable value for n = 46 is 2.013. So tcount > ttable or 4.334 > 2.013, it can be concluded that partially the individual Characteristics variable has a positive effect on personnel Performance, the tcount value for variable X2 (Organizational Commitment) is 6.703, while the ttable value for n = 46 is 2.013. So tcount > ttable or 6.703 > 2.013, it can be concluded that partially the organizational Commitment variable has a positive effect on personnel Performance. The ANOVA test obtained an Fcount value of 66.455 which is greater than the Ftable for n = 46 of 2.81 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that individual Characteristics (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) together have a positive effect on personnel Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work culture on the performance of the Security Unit at Novotel Lombok Hotel. The Security Unit plays a strategic role in maintaining safety, order, and providing a sense of security and comfort for hotel guests, employees, and assets. Therefore, the performance of the Security Unit must be supported by adequate competence and a positive, sustainable work culture. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all members of the Security Unit at Novotel Lombok Hotel as the research respondents. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to further analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to examine the effects of competence and work culture on the performance of the Security Unit, both partially and simultaneously. The results indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Security Unit, suggesting that higher levels of competence lead to better performance. In addition, work culture also has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, competence and work culture have a significant influence on the performance of the Security Unit at Novotel Lombok Hotel. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for hotel management in formulating human resource management policies, particularly through competence development and the strengthening of work culture to enhance the overall performance of the Security Unit.

Abstract

The objectives of this study: 1) To determine the effect of Personnel Management on Work Effectiveness, 2) To determine the effect of Organizational Structure on Work Effectiveness, 3) To determine the effect of Personnel Management and Organizational Structure on Work Effectiveness. This is proven by the calculated t-value of 5.556 which is greater than the t-table of 1.997 at a significance level of 0.05, Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Member Work Effectiveness. The test results show a calculated t-value of 7.272, which is greater than the t-table of 1.997, so the hypothesis states that there is an influence of organizational structure on member work effectiveness can be accepted, Personnel Management and Organizational Structure simultaneously have a significant effect on Member Work Effectiveness. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F-value is 60.361 which is greater than the F-table of 2.75 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.661 indicates that 66.1% of the variation in employee work effectiveness can be explained by personnel management and organizational structure, while the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The objectives of this study: 1) To determine the effect of Supervision on the Performance of the institution in the Rorenminops Korbrimob Polri, 2) To determine the effect of Task Planning on the Performance of the institution in the Rorenminops Korbrimob Polri, 3) To determine the effect of Supervision and Task Planning on the Performance of the institution. Career development through certification, the quality of certification implementation and the work spirit of Polri educators. The results of the partial test show that the Task Planning variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Institution (Y), which is indicated by the t-value of 8.186 which is greater than the t-table of 1.998. This confirms that clear, systematic, and measurable task planning is crucial for the successful implementation of tasks and the optimal achievement of agency performance. Simultaneous supervision and task planning significantly influence agency performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test), the calculated F value was 131.225, which is greater than the F table of 2.75 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the variables of supervision (X1) and task planning (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on agency performance (Y) in the Operational Administration Planning. The R Square value of 0.816 indicates that 81.6% of the variation in agency performance, while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research has the following research objectives to determine the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, to determine the effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction and to determine the effect of workload and work environment simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. The calculated t value of the workload variable (X1) is 5.242 which is greater than the t table value of 1.993 at a significance level of 5%. Thus, the hypothesis stating that workload has an effect on employee job satisfaction is accepted, the calculated t value of the work environment variable (X2) is 6.716 which is greater than the t table value of 1.993 at a significance level of 5%. Thus, the hypothesis stating that the work environment influences employee job satisfaction is accepted. The F test (ANOVA) results show that the calculated F value of 69.414 is greater than the F table value of 2.73, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, the hypothesis stating that workload and work environment jointly influence employee job satisfaction is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.665 indicates that 66.5% of the variation in employee job satisfaction can be explained by the workload and work environment variables simultaneously. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity, analyze the influence of leadership style on organizational productivity, analyze the influence of a culture of mutual service and leadership style on organizational productivity, and analyze the influence of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity through leadership style at the East Kalimantan Provincial Narcotics Agency (BNNP) The regression analysis results showed a t-value of 6.905 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). A culture of mutual service has a positive and significant effect on leadership style at the BNNP in East Kalimantan. The test results showed a regression coefficient of 0.792 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity at the BNNP in East Kalimantan. The analysis results showed a t-value of 2.117 with a significance level of 0.037 (<0.05). Leadership style partially mediates the effect of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity. The Sobel test results indicate a significant indirect effect of a culture of mutual service on organizational productivity through leadership style.

Abstract

The expected objectives of this study are to solve the following problems: To determine the effect of career development through certification on the work spirit of Polri educators, To determine the effect of the quality of certification implementation on the work spirit of Polri educators and To determine the effect of career development through certification (X1) and the quality of certification implementation simultaneously on work spirit. This is proven by the results of the partial test (t test) which shows a t-count value of 2.923 which is greater than the t-table of 1.995 at a significance level of 0.05, the quality of certification implementation has a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Polri educators. The results of the partial test (t test) show a t-count value of 2.252 which is greater than the t-table of 1.995. Career development through certification and the quality of certification implementation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Polri educators. This is demonstrated by the results of the simultaneous test (F test), with an F-value of 13.988, which is greater than the F-table of 2.71, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the two independent variables jointly contribute significantly to improving the work morale of Polri educators. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.233, meaning that 23.3% of the variation in work morale of Polri educators can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
