Abstract

Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia for almost two years and policies to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in a decline in the regional economy, as happened in Madiun City. MSMEs, which are expected to be a solution during a crisis, are also affected by the PSBB and PPKM policies. When the Covid case declined, the local government of Madiun City developed MSMEs so that the economy of Madiun City recovered. This study aims to find out (1) How were local government policies for SMEs before the covid pandemic; (2) What is the impact of MSME local government policies in the post-Covid Pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The steps are carried out with the triangulation technique. The results of the research (1) The Madiun City Government makes regulations to support MSMEs and provides training to MSME actors (2) The development of 27 MSME stalls is focused on growing a local-based economy in each kelurahan. Abstract

The understanding of MSME actors who are former migrant workers who are members of the "KABAR BUMI PONOROGO" organization regarding the availability of access to various institutions, formal financial products, and services or what is usually called financial inclusion is still very low. In general, they have difficulty understanding financial inclusion well, so they cannot access the use of financial products and services in the form of loans, insurance, savings, mobile banking, electronic money, or various capital that can be accessed at any time. This lack of knowledge means that their businesses are often hampered because they use conventional systems. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has also issued an Android-based application that provides a complete review of financial inclusion. Unfortunately, this application has not been able to reach MSME owners who are former migrant workers in Ponorogo. Based on this problem, the community service team provided financial inclusion assistance through the Ilmu Uangmu application to ex-PMI KABAR BUMI PONOROGO MSMEs. This activity aims to build business owners' insight into financial inclusion, so they can expand their businesses globally. The activity was carried out for two days, starting with giving participants a pretest to do, providing training by accessing the "Sikapi Uangmu" application using the Android they have, giving participants the opportunity to make presentations, giving quizzes, conducting simple financial recording training, finally ends with a post test. The post test results showed significant changes in the participants' scores. This shows that this activity was successful by increasing participants' awareness and understanding regarding financial inclusion.

Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan memberikan peningkatan karakter melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila bertujuan untuk membentuk dan menguatkan karakter peserta didik sebagai upaya mencapai standar kompetensi kelulusan. P5 pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMKS Gamaliel 2 Madiun masih kurang maksimal dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta kreativitas peserta didik. Perlu adanya pelatihan kepada peserta didik dalam pengembangan jiwa kreativitas melalui pelatihan tanaman hidroponik yaitu sawi, bayam, kangkung dengan media tanam cocopeat. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan yaitu melakukan pendampingan dengan pendekatan individual dan pendekatan kelompok. Adanya beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu tahap sosialisasi, tahap pembuatan hidroponik, tahap monitoring dan perawatan, panen hidroponik serta evaluasi. Jadi hasil pelatihan hidroponik ini, peserta didik SMKS Gamaliel 2 Madiun dapat melakukan penanaman sayuran hidroponik dan lebih mengenal sayuran hidroponik melalui media tanam cocopeat. Sehingga adanya program pembuatan hidroponik mempunyai dampak positif agar dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5). Setelah adanya pelatihan, diharapkan peserta didik dapat mempraktikkan secara mandiri yang mendorong kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

Abstract The development of technology and the development of understanding in the community participate in shaping the behavior of the younger generation of Gen Z. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Madiun which aims to determine the pattern of student consumption behavior amid the rise of technology and various new understandings in society. This study used quantitative research with a sample of 179 students. SPSS v26 was used as a data processing tool in this study. The results showed that financial technology payments on consumption behavior variables showed no reaction. In the financial literacy variable test on consumption behavior variables showed a reaction that led to a significant positive. Then, on the variable of peer conformity to the variable of consumption behavior with positive results. The variables fintech payment financial literacy and peer conformity on consumption behavior have a significant positive effect. This explains that the variables of fintech payment, financial literacy, and peer conformity can simultaneously influence the consumption behavior patterns of SMA Negeri 1 Madiun students.keywords: financial technology, financial literacy, peer conformity, consumption behavior.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  di Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dan Universitas  PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini  bertujuan  1) Memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya mengelola SDM Masyarakat berbasis Nilai budaya dan kearifan masyarakat ; 2) Membantu  BUMDes  membuat laporan keuangan;    3) Mempererat kerjasama antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dengan Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali bidang pengabdian masyarakat; 4) Menjalin kerjasama dengan Masyarakat Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan Tahap persiapan, Tahapan assesment  dan agreement, Tahap rencana aksi  dan implementasi kegiatan, Tahap evaluasi, Tahap  terminasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat untuk mengelola BUMDes sehingga memiliki unit usaha baru sesuai dengan kearifan lokal  masyarakat sekitar. 2) meningkatnya kemampuan pengeloa BUMDes dalam  pengelolaan  keuangan dengan microsof excel sehingga laporan keuangan lebih terlihat jelas alurnya sesuai standar akuntansi.  3) terjalinnya kerjasama pengabdian antara Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNIPMA dan UPMI Bali. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diperkuat   bagian  pengelolaan manajemen  BUMDes sehingga  tidak hanya berfokus ke laporan keuangan saja melainkan juga manajemen pengelolaan  yang lainnya.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding, legal awareness, and administrative capabilities of business actors in managing intellectual property documents and business legality. The partner in this program is CV. Herba Sedunia Ponorogo, a company engaged in the production of traditional herbal medicines and beverages, which previously lacked complete legal documentation such as risk-based business permits, halal certification, and trademark registration. The implementation method consisted of three stages: needs assessment and partner analysis, legal counseling and technical assistance, and evaluation of the program outcomes. A participatory approach was applied to ensure that the partner was actively involved in each stage of the legal documentation process and could understand the practical mechanisms directly. The counseling materials covered the basic concepts of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), the importance of trademark protection, the online registration procedure through the DJKI system, and business licensing through the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the partner’s knowledge and skills. Based on the pre-test and post-test results, the participants’ average score increased from 50 to 88, indicating the success of the program in strengthening legal literacy and administrative awareness among business actors. Furthermore, the partner successfully prepared trademark registration documents, obtained a risk-based business license, and secured halal certification for its herbal products. This activity has proven effective in fostering a culture of legal awareness among MSME entrepreneurs and serves as a model for local economic empowerment based on intellectual property protection and product innovation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling among adolescents in Ngawi Regency has shown an alarming increase. Field observations reveal that many teenagers desperately sell family assets and use their school allowance to obtain gambling deposit capital. This risky behavior is strongly driven by intense peer influence (the "word-of-mouth" system) and the ease of digital access amid economic pressure, coupled with a lack of financial literacy and healthy income management. This study aims to analyze the effect of peer influence, income management, and financial literacy, both partially and simultaneously, on the intensity of online gambling among adolescents in Ngawi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The research population consists of male adolescents aged 13–19 residing in Ngawi Regency. The analyzed sample amounted to 98 respondents selected using a random sampling technique, with the inclusion criteria of having experience playing online gambling within the last six months. The source of data used is primary data collected through a survey method using a structured questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination) using SPSS version 24. The test results show that partially, peer influence has a positive and significant effect on the intensity of playing online gambling (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Conversely, income management (Sig. 0.898 > 0.05) and financial literacy (Sig. 0.698 > 0.05) proved to have no significant effect partially. Nevertheless, simultaneously, peer influence, income management, and financial literacy have a significant effect on the intensity of online gambling (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination reached 92.4%, which means these three variables have a dominant contribution in explaining the variation in adolescent gambling intensity, while the remaining 7.6% is explained by factors outside the study.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjangkau wilayah pedesaan, termasuk kalangan keluarga petani. Di tengah kondisi ekonomi yang terbatas, penting untuk memahami bagaimana keluarga petani memutuskan membeli kuota internet dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alokasi pengeluaran keluarga petani Desa Pilangkenceng untuk kuota internet serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap 22 informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelian kuota internet telah menjadi kebutuhan rutin keluarga petani. Faktor yang memengaruhi antara lain kebutuhan pendidikan anak, informasi pertanian, efisiensi komunikasi, dan pengaruh lingkungan. Internet membantu pembelajaran anak, memperkuat komunikasi dalam kelompok tani, dan membuka peluang akses pasar hasil tani secara daring, meskipun belum semua keluarga merasakannya secara langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to explore productivity practices and income strategies among furniture workers in Ngadirejo Village, Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed involving 13 informants from three furniture enterprises. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed inductively, and triangulation was used to ensure the credibility of the findings. The findings reveal that the productivity practices of furniture workers are reflected in several key themes, including work discipline, technical skills, the timely completion of production targets, work quality, and the availability of adequate equipment. Work discipline and technical skills enable workers to perform their tasks efficiently, while the timely completion of production targets and the maintenance of work quality contribute to sustaining productivity. In addition, the availability of adequate equipment supports the production process and facilitates more efficient work. To maintain and increase their income, furniture workers employ various strategies, particularly by maintaining productivity and product quality, completing production targets on time, and conducting promotional activities to expand market opportunities. These findings provide insights into the productivity practices and income strategies adopted by furniture workers and may serve as a reference for improving productivity and supporting income generation in the furniture sector.
