Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine the significant effect of students' learning motivation on the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the learner's developmental course, (2) to know the significant effect of students' learning discipline on student learning outcomes of second semester B on (3) to know the significant effect of the significant influence of learning motivation and learning discipline together towards the students' learning outcomes of second semester B in the course of student development Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016 / 2017. Hypothesis proposed in this research (1) there is a significant effect of student's motivation on student's result of second semester B in course of student development of Economic Education Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (2) there is significant influence of student discipline on the results of student learning semester II B in the course of the development of learners of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017 (3) there is a significant influence of motivation and discipline together towards student learning outcomes second semester B in the course the development of students of Economic Education Studies Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Academic Year 2016/2017.The method used in data processing is the method of regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing, two regression analysis is used to analyze the contribution between two independent variables and one dependent variable, and seek relative contribution (SR) between the independent variable and effective contribution (SE). Based on predictive predictive analysis results, predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) and X2 (Discipline Learning) to Y (Learning Outcomes), obtained Freg price of 14.14636. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 33/2, with a significance level of 5% Ftable value of 3.26. This means that, the regression line in the analysis is significant to be the basis of prediction because there is a significant contribution between the criterion (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The relative contribution (SR) in the% of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 84.315% and Predictor X2 = 15.685% against the Y criterion in the course of Development of the Learners. Based on these results the regression line of 46.16% consisting of effective contribution of predictors X1 (Learning Motivation) = 38.92%. And the effective contribution of Predictors X2 Discipline Learning = 7.24%. While the rest equal to 53.84% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The study aims to know the effect of problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type on result of learning mathematic in the class VIII of SMP Negeri. This type of research is quasi experiment, which is using treatment by level design. The population is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara that consists 14 classes with as many students is 525 students. Samples were taken in two experimental classes and two control classes taken using the multistage random sampling technique, it was obtained by class VIII L (36 students) and VIII M (36 students) as experimental classes and VIII A (38 students) and VIII D (38 students) as control classes. Data obtained with personality type questionnaire and result of mathematics students test. The data was analyzed by using Anava Two Lines and t-scheffe as further testing. Based on the result of data analysis indicate that: 1) there is difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  2) there is interaction between the learning model and the student personality type on the mathematics learning outcomes of students, with  3) on students with extrovert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  4) on students with introvert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with . So, it can be concluded that problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type take effect result of the learning mathematic to the student in the class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one's desire to start trying, create jobs according to their own will without coercion from others. Interest grows slowly in a person according to what is seen in his environment. The main goal of entrepreneurship is to create jobs for yourself, which will then have an impact on other job seekers. Growing interest requires a strong self-concept and a supportive family environment, especially in entrepreneurial activities. The tight competition in the world of work causes more unemployment in society. So to overcome this it is deemed necessary to foster interest in entrepreneurship. The study with the title "The influence of self-concept and family environment on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest" aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant effect of Self Concepts on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in Economics Education Study Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali, (2) To determine the effect Significant Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests of New Students in the FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Economic Education Study Program, and (3) To find out the significant influence of the Self-Concept and Family Environment together on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in the Economic Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali. The data analysis technique used is two predictor linear regression, Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: 1) Self-Concept (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.990> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. 2) Family Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.236> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0.002 <0.05. 3) Self Concept (X1) and Family Environment (X2) simultaneously influence the Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the calculated F-value = 34.561> F-table = 3.14 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is expected that lecturers and faculty leaders will motivate students more in entrepreneurial activities. This will have a positive impact on students. Students can study or start entrepreneurship as early as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning and the spirit of learning on the formation of student discipline at Engineering Vocational School in Denpasar. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study, through prediction results with predictors X1 (Online Learning) and X2 (Spirit of Learning) to Y (Formation of Student Discipline), obtained the Freg value of 75.40. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 75/2, with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 3.12. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for prediction because there is a significant relationship between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). Freg is greater than the F table value or 75.40 > 3.12. So the null hypothesis tested was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted which showed that there was a significant relationship between online learning and learning enthusiasm on the formation of student discipline. Relative Contribution (SR%) for each predictor, namely X1 (Online Learning) = 68.60%, and X2 (Learning Spirit) = 31.40%. While the regression line is 49.73% which consists of the effective contribution of the X1 predictor (Online Learning) = 34.12%. And the effective contribution of the X2 predictor (Learning Spirit) = 15.61%. While the remaining 50.27% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between online learning and enthusiasm for learning on the discipline formation of the Denpasar Engineering Vocational High School students. Abstract

One of the government's efforts to help the sustainability of MSMEs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is to provide KUR, this effort to stimulate MSMEs in developing their businesses. The objectives of this study were to determine: (1) the effect of giving KUR on the survival capacity of MSMEs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) The Influence of Marketing Strategy on the Survival Capability of MSMEs in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic; (3) The Effect of Giving KUR and Marketing Strategy together on the Ability to Survive MSMEs in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data were analyzed by statistical simple regression analysis and multiple regression of two predictors. Through the results of predictions with predictors X1 (Giving KUR) and X2 (Marketing Strategy) to Y (Ability to Endure), the Freg price is 138.32. With (Nm-1) in this case db = 107/2, with a significance level of 5%, the value of Ftable is 3.08 This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for predictions because it is between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1 , X2) there is a significant relationship. Freg is greater than the value of F table or 138.32> 3.08. So that the Zero Hypothesis tested is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis is accepted which indicates that there is a significant relationship between KUR and Marketing Strategies on the Ability to Survive for MSMEs in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study of MSMEs in Denpasar City). Relative Contribution (SR%) for each predictor, namely X1 (giving KUR) = 70.21%, and X2 (Marketing Strategy) = 29.78%. While the regression line is 53.67% which consists of the effective contribution of predictor X1 (giving KUR) = 37.69%. And the effective contribution of predictor X2 (Marketing Strategy) = 15.98% while the remaining 46.33%.% Is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, it is hoped that MSME actors will further improve their marketing strategies so that they can compete in accordance with the current situation and conditions. Abstract

This study investigation on how the organization of the modern retail business and traditional market revitalization. It was conducted in Denpasar. A type of data collected in this research in qualitative data supported by quantitative data as complement to its support. Qualitative data was obtained from a variety of information, from the respondents and from observation activities being conducted. While the quantitative data was in the form of statistical records found at the research site. Respondents in this study were the modern retail business and small traders in traditional market. This research emphasized on two types of data collection techniques, namely (1) participation observation and (2) In-depth interviews. The data in the present study were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and interpretatively. The head to head competition, as a consequence of the fast growth of modern market, badly affected the existence of the traditional market. The existence of the modrn market among the traditional market caused the traders and their omzet to decrease.

Abstract

Currently the culinary business is a promising business, even in this pandemic situation many people are turning to the culinary business. One of the spicy food culinary in Indonesia is Kober Mie Setan. Kober Mie Setan is famous for offering spicy noodle dishes based on the level chosen by the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan); (2) The Influence of Price on Purchase Decisions on Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan); (3) The Effect of Service Quality and Price. Together on Purchase Decisions at Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan). Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with two predictors. Through the prediction results with predictors X1 (Service Quality) and X2 (Price) to Y (Purchase Decision), the Freg price is 33.21. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 93/2, with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 3.09. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for prediction because there is a significant relationship between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). Freg is greater than the F table value or 33.21 > 3.09. Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Probing Prompting terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik SMK PGRI 3 Badung dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Non Equivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design; melibatkan sampel sebanyak 84 peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran yang dipilah menjadi dua tingkatan faktor, yaitu model Probing Prompting yang dikenakan pada kelompok eksperimen dan model pembelajaran konvensional yang dikenakan pada kelompok kontrol. Sebagai variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini berupa kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar matematika yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing Prompting terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik, 2) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing Prompting terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik, 3) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing Prompting secara simultan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitan ini adalah bahwa model Probing Prompting dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik.
