Abstract

Mathematics anxiety is a psychological obstacle that consistently decreases students' motivation and learning achievement, especially at the junior high school level. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Integrated ADLX Introflex model on mathematics learning outcomes and mathematical anxiety of junior high school students in Bandar Lampung. The study used a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group design, involving 79 students in grade VIII divided into 38 students in the experimental class and 41 students in the control class. The instruments used included a learning achievement test (α = 0.87) and a mathematical anxiety questionnaire (α = 0.89). The data were analyzed using MANOVA after the assumption of normality and homogeneity was met. Partial test results showed F = 56.907 (η² = 0.428) for learning achievement and F = 25.889 (η² = 0.254) for anxiety, both significant at p = 0.000. The MANOVA test yielded Pillai's Trace = 0.522 with p = 0.000, proving that the model had a simultaneous effect on both variables. This model is proven to integrate cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions holistically. It is recommended to replicate at different levels and triangulate anxiety instruments psychophysiologically to strengthen the validity of further research. Mathematics anxiety represents a persistent psychological barrier that consistently undermines students' motivation and academic achievement, particularly at the junior secondary level. MANOVA produced Pillai's Trace = 0.522 at p = 0.000, confirming simultaneous significant effects on both dependent variables. The model effectively integrates cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions holistically. Replication across different educational levels and psychophysiological triangulation of anxiety measurement instruments are recommended to strengthen the validity of future research.

Abstract

Penyuluhan tentang hidup bersih dan sehat serta menyikat gigi dan mencuci tangan. Penyuluhan tentang hidup bersih dan sehat serta menyikat gigi dan mencuci tangan bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat, khususnya siswa, untuk menjaga kesehatan pribadi dan lingkungan sekitar. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa di Taman Kanak-kanak Mathlaul Anwar yang merupakan taman kanak-kanak di desa Trimomukti, kecamatan Candipuro. Pemilihan siswa sebagai objek kegiatan didasarkan pada alasan bahwa mereka terbiasa dengan hidup bersih dan sehat. Hasil yang didapatkan Anak–anak TK Mathlaul Anwar Trimomukti merasa senang dan respect terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam Bentuk Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat untuk Menjaga Kebersihan dan Gaya Hidup Sehat dilaksanakan melalui kolaborasi antara UIN Raden Intan Lampung dan pejabat Desa Trimomukti, Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung. Program ini memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat melalui beberapa kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, seperti penyuluhan tentang pencegahan stunting dan penggunaan ABATE. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan pengajaran, melalui penyuluhan kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di Desa Trimomukti. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan gaya hidup sehat menuju Indonesia yang maju. Hasil dari pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kebersihan dan gaya hidup sehat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan penyuluhan tentang pencegahan stunting dan penggunaan ABATE.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi memiliki mandat tridharma: pendidikan, penelitian pengabdian. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik sebagai bentuk pengabdian nyata mahasiswa kepada masyarakat. Tantangan sosial, ekonomi, ekologis, dan tata kelola membutuhkan kolaborasi lintas ilmu dan generasi muda. Selaras dengan semangat kampus berdampak. Salah satu langkah strategis untuk menerapkannya ialah dengan menyelenggarakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang terintegrasi dengan membuat lubang resapan biopori dan penanaman pohon Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan percontohan mengenai barcode tanaman dan penanaman pohon dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, Kota Bandar Lampung, merupakan bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan ilmiah, tematik, dan kolaboratif untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir dan lingkungan. Kelurahan ini memiliki tantangan berupa banjir yang diperparah oleh rendahnya drainase, berkurangnya daerah resapan, dan penumpukan sampah. Pelaksanaan melalui observasi, koordinasi dengan warga, dan praktik lapangan bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat secara mandiri dan mendukung terciptanya kampus berdampak. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan potensi kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dalam menghasilkan solusi berkelanjutan untuk masalah lingkungan setempat, dapat meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat, memperkuat identitas lingkungan, serta membantu upaya pelestarian dan dokumentasi tanaman di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Background: Numeracy literacy is a fundamental competency that enables prospective mathematics teachers to interpret, analyze, and apply mathematical knowledge in authentic contexts. However, conventional mathematics instruction often emphasizes procedural proficiency rather than contextual reasoning, resulting in limited numeracy literacy development. Integrating constructivist learning with technology-enhanced instruction offers a promising approach to addressing this challenge. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Learning Cycle 9E model integrated with instructional videos in enhancing the numeracy literacy of prospective mathematics teachers. Method: A quasi-experimental study employing a pretest–posttest control group design was conducted with 50 undergraduate students enrolled in the Mathematics Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung, Indonesia. Participants were assigned to an experimental group (n = 25) and a control group (n = 25). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Shapiro–Wilk and Levene’s tests, normalized gain (N-Gain), an independent samples t-test, and Cohen’s d effect size. Results: The experimental group outperformed the control group, achieving a higher posttest mean score (84.16 vs. 71.04) and N-Gain (0.62 vs. 0.31). A significant difference was identified between the groups (t = 6.485, p < .001), accompanied by a large effect size (d = 1.84). Conclusion: Integrating the Learning Cycle 9E model with instructional videos effectively enhances numeracy literacy by fostering active knowledge construction, contextual mathematical reasoning, and meaningful technology-enhanced learning experiences in higher mathematics education.
