Abstract

The ability of mathematical reflective thinking is the ability of a person to choose previously owned concepts or knowledge that are relevant or appropriate to be used in making decisions when faced with mathematical problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of mathematical reflective thinking in terms of the sex differences of eighth grade students of SMP N 11 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Subject collection using purposive random sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 6 students from class VIII A consisting of 3 male students and 3 female students, and 6 students from class VIII B consisting of 3 male students and 3 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and interviews. Based on the results of data analysis from class VIII A obtained the average value of mathematical reflective thinking abilities of male students 67,36 and the average value of mathematical reflective thinking abilities of female students reached 100, while for grade VIII B obtained an average value mathematical reflective thinking ability of male students 52,08 and female students 97,22. Thus it can be concluded that the students 'mathematical reflective thinking ability is better than the male students' reflective thinking ability. Keywords:  Mathematical Reflective Thinking Ability, Gender

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research is to find out the feasibility of the contextual approach LKS in mathematics learning both by teachers and students. This type of research uses research and development (R & D) with the steps used. The steps taken are limited to seven stages, due to time constraints so the steps of the research according to Sugiono are not fully implemented. Sampling was carried out by MTs Assa'adah Cicurug. Data collection techniques were carried out using student response questionnaires and teacher response questionnaires. From the response test the teacher got a score of 3.57 with very interesting criteria. Then the field trial from the school conducted by the students' questionnaire responses obtained an average score of 3.4 with the number of students testing at MTs Assa'adah 32 with very interesting criteria. The results of the validation of material experts obtained an average score of 3.27 with good criteria. Validation of media experts gained an average score of 3.23 with good criteria. Validation of Islamic scholars gained an average score of 3.13 with good criteria. It can be concluded that Islamic LKS with contextual approach to SPLDV material is categorized as very feasible and interesting to be used in learning at the eighth grade junior high school / MTs level.Keywords: LKS has an Islamic nuance, Contextual, SPLDV

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to implemented the servqual method to analyze the level of students satisfaction towards the quality of central library services UIN Raden Intan lampung. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined). Data analysis was performed using the servqual method and importance performance analysis (IPA). The results of the study showed that the services provided by the library in the very satisfied category were marked by a positive gap value (+) or <0 on the overall servqual calculation of 8.48. While in the importance performance analysis there are some things that are felt to be still unsatisfactory to students, namely the completeness of the book collection, grouping of books and the availability of reference materials, so that quality improvement is needed.

Abstract

This research is a development research aimed at developing powtoon-assisted learning media, knowing student responses, and effectiveness. The procedure in this development uses a 4-D development model, namely: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The product developed was in the form of a learning media video on a two-variable linear equation system material for VIII grade students. The instruments used in this study are learning media assessment sheets by experts to measure the validity of learning media, student response questionnaires to measure the attractiveness of learning media, as well as learning outcomes tests to measure the effectiveness of the use of instructional media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbantuan Construct 2, mengetahui respon mahasiswa, dan melihat keefektivan. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi 5 langkah yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar M-learning berbasis android berbantuan Construct 2 pada materi relasi dan fungsi. Bahan ajar ini mendapatkan penilaian dalam kategori valid dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,40 pada ahli materi dan termasuk kategori valid dengan nilai 3,54 pada ahli media. Pada uji coba skala kecil yang diikuti oleh kelas 3C dan kelas 5D dengan masing-masing 10 mahasiswa memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,47 dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Pada uji coba lapangan skala besar yang diikuti oleh 30 mahasiswa kelas 3E skor rata-rata kemenarikan yang diperoleh yaitu 3,57 dan kelas 5C dengan rata-rata 3,38 dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Hasil uji effect size pada kelas 3E dengan hasil 0,56 dan pada kelas 5C sebesar 0,57 dengan kriteria sedang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar M-learning berbasis android berbantuan construct 2 pada materi relasi dan fungsi layak dan efektif untuk dijadikan alat bantu pembelajaran. Abstract: This research and development uses the ADDIE model which includes 5 steps namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study are android-based M-learning teaching materials assisted by Construct 2 on the subject matter of relations and functions. This teaching material gets an assessment in the valid category with an average value of 3.40 in the material experts and includes a valid category with a value of 3.54 in the media expert. In small-scale trials followed by 3C and 5D classes with 10 students each getting an average score of 3.47 with very interesting criteria. In the large-scale field trial which was attended by 30 students of 3E grade the average score of attractiveness was 3.57 and grade 5C with an average of 3.38 with very interesting criteria. Effect size test results in class 3E with 0.56 results and in class 5C of 0.57 with moderate criteria. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Android-based M-learning teaching material is assisted by construct 2 on the material of the relation and the function is feasible and effective to be used as a learning aid.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the results of the application of the Wankat-oreovocz strategy on students' ability to understand concepts and solve mathematical problems. This study uses a quasi-experimental research type. The sample in this study were students of class XIA and XIB MA Darun Nasyi'in, East Lampung.The sample in this study were students of class XIA and XIB MA Darun Nasyi'in, East Lampung. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The research data collection techniques were in the form of tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the normality and homogeneity test.Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova) test.The results of the study and the Manova test calculation, concluded that there was an effect of the wankat-oreovocz strategy on the ability tounderstand concepts. There is an effect of the wankat-oreovocz strategy on problem solving abilities. There is an effect of the wankat-oreovocz strategy on students' ability to understand concepts and solve mathematical problems.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis sangat penting saat pembelajaran. Khususnya pada bidang geometri. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini mengetahui analisis  pengaruh pembelajaran Treffinger berbantuan media audio visual, terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Eksperimental Design, Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji Anova dan uji komparasi ganda menggunakan uji scheffe’. Pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Cluster Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu :Wawancara, Observasi, Tes, Dokumentasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berbentuk tes.Untuk mengukur kemampuan berfikir kritis matematis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Anova diperoleh nilai > =  artinya terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran treffinger berbantuan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matemaris peserta didik. Adapun kesimpulan uji lanjut bahwa pembelajaran treffinger berbantuan media audio visual memberikan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis yang lebih baik dibandingan dengan pembelajaran konvensional berbantuan media audio visual.  Kata kunci :Treffinger,  Audio Visual,  Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis eksperimen quasy eksperimen design dan desain pretest-posttest control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP Negeri 5 Natar dan sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel penelitian kelas VIII E sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, kelas VIII C sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, dan kelas VIII D sebagai kelas kontrol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) melalui Pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik pada kelas yang diterapkan Model Pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) melalui Pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) lebih baik dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematisnya yang diterapkan Model Pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) dan Model Pembelajaran Konvensional.

Abstract

Kemampuan representasi visual sangat penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Rolem dan tipe kepribadian keirsey terhadap kemampuan representasi visual matematis. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis quasy experimental dan desain yang digunakan adalah post-test only control. Teknik acak kelas digunakan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes kemampuan representasi visual matematis dan angket tipe kepribadian. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama diperoleh hasil penelitian ditolak dengan nilai signifikansi antar model pembelajaran sebesar , diterima dengan nilai signifikansi antar tipe kepribadian sebesar , diterima nilai signifikansi antar model pembelajaran dan tipe kepribadian sebesar , sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Rolem terhadap kemampuan representasi visual matematis, tidak terdapat pengaruh tipe kepribadian terhadap kemampuan representasi visual matematis dan tidak terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran Rolem dan tipe kepribadian terhadap kemampuan representasi visual matematis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan pada model pembelajran (CUPs) Conceptual Understanding Procedures terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Sampel  yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX 1 dan IX 2 MTs Riyadlatul Ulum Kecamatan Batanghari Kabupaten Lampung Timur Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat untuk variabel bebas yaitu model pembelajaran (CUPs) Conceptual Understanding procedures dan variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Cluster Random Sampling yaitu teknik acak kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunaka yaitu uji Normalitas dan Homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Multivariate Analysis of Varians (Manova). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hitung Uji Multivariate Analysis of Varians (Monova), diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran model (CUPs) Conceptual Understanding Procedures efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan pemahaman konsep siswa.
