Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between personal guidance and assertiveness students of class VIII MTs Negeri Yogyakarta 1 using a quantitative approach. In this study there is one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is personal guidance (X), while the dependent variable is assertiveness (Y). This study is research population with total population of 58 students. The main data collection techniques such as scale, while interviewing and documentation as a complementary data. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation study from Pearson for obtained the results of hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between personal guidance and assertiveness students of class VIII MTs Negeri Yogyakarta 1 which has a correlation coefficient of 0.618 with sig. (2.tailed) = 0,000 with N = 58 at 1% significance level. From these data it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship and very significant, then the hypothesis is accepted and proved true. That is, the higher the personal guidance the higher the student's assertiveness, on the contrary if it gets lower personal guidance, the lower the student's assertiveness.  Keywords: Personal Guidance, Assertiveness

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of media technology guidance and counseling and the satisfaction of classical guidance services of class VIII MTs Negeri 6 Sleman using a quantitative approach. The independent variable in this research is the use of media technology guidance and counseling (X), while the dependent variable is the satisfaction of classical guidance services (Y). This study is a research with 63 student respondents. The main data collection techniques are scale, while interviews and documentation are supplementary data. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation study from Pearson to obtained the results of hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between the use of media technology guidance and counseling with the satisfaction of classical guidance services of class VIII MTs Negeri 6 Sleman which has a correlation coefficient of 0.406 with sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 with N = 63 at 1% significance level. From these data it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship and very significant, then the hypothesis is accepted and proved true. Therefore, the higher the use of media technology guidance and counseling, the higher the satisfaction of classical guidance services. On the contrary, if it gets lower the use of media technology guidance and counseling, the lower the satisfaction of classical guidance services.

Abstract

Abstract Learning is an activity that helps one increase their abilities. Learning necessitates high and strong motivation, generating changes in a person's energy. The goal of this study is to discover how to increase learning motivation using learning attributions. This is a library research study that employs data collection methods. According to the findings of this study, enhancing learning attributions can help pupils become more motivated to learn. Learning attribution is the reason why someone engages in activities to obtain knowledge and develop themselves. There are two elements to learning attribution: internal and external. Internal learning attributions include learning objectives, motivation, responsibility, learning interest, and learning type. Meanwhile, the external learning attribution component includes infrastructure, the ability to carry out the teaching and learning process, parents or family members, and classmates. The next steps in applying Weinner's attribution theory are (1) reformulating learning objectives in terms of learning strategies, (2) identifying class activities that eliminate personal competition and aid in the development of learning strategies, and (3) compiling verbal feedback statements with appropriate attribution. Keywords: learning attribution Abstrak Belajar merupakan aktivitas untuk mengembangkan kemampuan diri yang dimiliki. Dalam belajar membutuhkan motivasi yang tinggi dan kuat sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan energi yang ada pada seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara menumbuhkan motivasi belajar dengan atribusi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan atribusi belajar. Atribusi belajar adalah penyebab seseorang melakukan aktivitas dalam Upaya memperoleh pengetahuan serta mengembangkan diri. Terdapat dua bagian dalam atribusi belajar, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Atribusi belajar internal berkaitan dengan tujuan belajar, motivasi, tanggung jawab, minat belajar, dan tipe belajar. Sedangkan bagian atribusi belajar eksternal adalah sarana prasarana, kemampuan melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, orang tua atau keluarga, dan teman sebaya. Selanjutnya langkah-langkah penerapan atribusi belajar dalam teori atribusi Weinner adalah (1) menysusun kembali tujuan pembelajaran dalam pengertian siasat belajar, (2) mengenali kegiatan kelas yang meniadakan persaingan peribadi dan membantu pengembangan siasat belajar, serta (3) menyusun pernyataan balikan verbal dengan pesan atribusi yang tepat. Abstract

Students are helped financially by scholarships provided by the government, universities or other institutions. The scholarships received by students are able to make them more independent and free to be creative, there is satisfaction and a sense of pride present in the students who receive these scholarships. So this research aims to explore the self-actualization of students who receive the Smart Indonesia Card scholarship. This research is expected to provide insight into the factors that influence the self-actualization process, as well as support from various parties, including educational institutions and the government. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques of unstructured interviews and non-participant observation. Informants in this study were selected using snowball sampling techniques. The informants in this research were students who received Smart Indonesia Card scholarships at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi and UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The results of this research show that the Smart Indonesia Card scholarship is able to meet students' basic needs. By fulfilling these basic needs, students are able to actualize themselves. The description of self-actualization possessed by students who receive Smart Indonesia Card scholarships at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi and UIN Antasari Banjarmasin includes feeling happy, more creative, better able to maximize potential, self-confident, independent and prosocial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation, supporting, and inhibiting factors of guidance and counseling services in the personal-social field at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects of this study are guidance and counseling teachers, academic teachers, and grade VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of personal-social guidance and counseling services at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin uses classical guidance services, group counseling, and individual counseling. The supporting factors are (1) facilities and infrastructure, (2) support for the principal, and (3) cooperation with academic teachers. The inhibiting factor is that students/counselors do not want to tell the problem to the guidance and counseling teacher.
