Abstract

Penyimpanan rekam medis menjadi bagian dalam pelayanan administrasi data pasien. Pengelolaan penyimpanan rekam medis yang baik mempermudah dan mempercepat penemuan kembali rekam medis di rak penyimpanan, melindungi berkas rekam medis dari bahaya pencurian, kerusakan fisik, kimiawi dan biologi [1]. Penyimpanan yang buruk salah satunya berdampak terjadinya misfile dan mengakibatkan adanya penambahan kerja petugas. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan temuan bahwa masih terjadi kesalahan letak rekam medis sebanyak 20% [2], dalam waktu seminggu terjadi 5 kejadian misfile [3]. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penyimpanan rekam medis di Puskesmas PAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan 3 informan dan observasi. Analisis data mengunakan data display, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas PAL menggunakan pola sentralisasi, SDM di penyimpanan terdiri 4 petugas 2 orang pendidikan SMA, dan 2 Orang D3 Rekam Medis, SOP Penyimpanan telah tersedia namun belum ada sosialisasi, dan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai. Abstract

Use of information systems is a strategic means for providing registration services that are oriented towards customer satisfaction. Several research results show that there are manual and electronic patient registration systems. The development of Android-based information systems is increasing. Medical records at the Almeta Clinic currently still use a manual system from registration to storage. This research is development research (RnD) with 6 research stages. Carrying out research by creating an outpatient medical resume information system design, researchers created a DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) as well as the appearance and design of a patient registration information system design created with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visio in accordance with the identification of user needs and requirements. data. The media expert's results showed 80% with the qualification indicators "Very Good" and the results "Decent". validation results from material experts show 82.5% of the qualification indicators are "Very Fulfilling" and the results are "Decent".

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records are implemented to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data in accordance with data and information security principles. This study aims to explore the security and data protection aspects of EMR at Sungai Mesa Public Health Center in Banjarmasin. This is a qualitative research with a case study design, using interviews and observations. The subjects consisted of four individuals: the Head of the Health Center, a Doctor, and Registration Officers. The results show that confidentiality is ensured through login systems with personal usernames and regularly updated passwords, with access restricted based on roles. Integrity is maintained through the "Edit" feature, allowing data modification according to authority. Availability is supported by the "Search" feature, though there are obstacles such as internet disruptions, power outages, and the absence of an independent backup system. Legally, there are SOPs on data misuse sanctions, but no training or socialization has been conducted. In conclusion, confidentiality and integrity are well-implemented, while availability still faces technical challenges.
