Abstract

Despite the growing deployment of agentic AI in enterprise settings, no theoretical framework exists for integrating it as an active co-facilitator of organisational learning within executive consulting practice. This paper develops the Agentic Organizational Learning Facilitation (AOLF) Framework, which positions agentic AI as a structured co-facilitator across the full cycle of executive consulting engagements. An integrative conceptual analysis methodology was employed, synthesising interdisciplinary literature from organisational learning theory, adult learning and instructional design, and agentic AI scholarship through a four-stage process of scoping, thematic synthesis, framework construction, and internal validation. The resulting framework comprises four iterative phases, Diagnose, Design and Facilitate, Reflect and Surface, and Adapt and Reframe grounded in double-loop learning theory, andragogy, the ADDIE instructional model, and the Community of Inquiry framework. The framework proposes that agentic AI can support double-loop learning and adaptive knowledge creation at a scale individual human consultants cannot sustain alone, while human consultants retain responsibility for relational and ethically sensitive dimensions. Three theoretical contributions are advanced: extending double-loop learning theory to AI-mediated facilitation; introducing the construct of agentic presence as an expansion of the Community of Inquiry model; and a co-facilitation model that challenges the assumption of an exclusively human facilitator role in andragogy. Practical implications address AI-augmented consulting design, data governance, supervised autonomy, and prevention of consultant deskilling.

Abstract

One of the strategies to attain local sustainable development is integrating green economy principles into rural economic enterprises. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research explores how green economy is integrated into rural economic enterprises in the Kintamani District, Bali. Data collection was carried out by conducting in-depth semi-structured interviews with 22 stakeholders and observing the area under study. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results of the research point to the following: 78% of the managers of BUMDES claimed that the main obstacle was the lack of initial capital, while 85% of all interviewees mentioned an existing institutional gap. Yet, 92% of the respondents assessed the economic potential of green models as positive in the long run. On the contrary, 75% of young people and those with higher education greeted the change, while only 45% of farmers with over 20 years of experience showed a willingness for change. The study proposes a four-stage roadmap comprising establishment, piloting, expansion, and institutionalization. Results indicate that the gradual approach received 95% support from stakeholders, and when accompanied by training, the percentage of adoption can be increased by 68% in pilot projects. The study concludes that the transformation to a green economy is an inevitable necessity for ensuring the long-term well-being of the community and protection of the natural and cultural assets of the Kintamani BUMDES.

Abstract

The One Health approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and ecosystem health, advocating for cross-sector collaboration to combat zoonotic threats. Despite policy advances in Southeast Asia, little is known about coaching and capacity-building efforts for the region's One Health workforce. This review aimed to map such interventions, examine their methods and target groups, assess outcomes, and identify gaps. Using the Arksey and O'Malley framework and PRISMA-ScR reporting, a search across seven databases and gray literature from 2000- 2025 was conducted. Studies included addressed multiple sectors in Southeast Asia and described or evaluated coaching or capacity-building. Two reviewers screened records with a Cohen’s kappa of 0.86. Twenty-nine studies met inclusion criteria; Thailand (27.6%) and Indonesia (24.1%) were most represented. Group training predominated (34.5%), and only one study employed executive coaching. Outcomes clustered at Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2, with 20.7% reaching Level 4. Environmental health professionals and five ASEAN countries remained absent from the evidence base. Coaching efforts remain regionally limited, modality-restricted, and outcomes shallow; gaps include executive coaching, organizational consulting, and environmental health inclusion. Future initiatives should combine personalized coaching with organizational strategies, emphasizing longitudinal research and coverage of ASEAN countries.

Abstract

The globalization of video consultation platforms has exposed critical gaps in cross-cultural technology adaptation, with linguistic and cultural barriers significantly impeding equitable access to healthcare. This study investigated how cultural and linguistic factors influence user experience with video consultation platforms across diverse global contexts. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling to recruit 45 participants from six countries (Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, India, Germany, Brazil) representing distinct cultural dimensions. Data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews (45-60 minutes) and think-aloud protocol sessions (n=18) between March and September 2024. Reflexive thematic analysis, following Braun and Clarke's framework, was conducted, achieving intercoder reliability (κ = 0.87), with data saturation confirmed at 38 participants. Five primary themes emerged: linguistic accessibility barriers affected 82.2% of non-English-speaking participants, and medical terminology translation difficulties ranged from 57.1% to 87.5% across countries. Collectivist culture participants (82.6%) preferred family-inclusive features, whereas individualist culture participants (80%) preferred individual-focused interfaces. Participants from a high-context communication culture required 47% longer to complete the task. Privacy priorities varied substantially, reflecting cultural specificity in trust-formation mechanisms. Visual design preferences varied markedly in color symbolism, information density (42%-78% preferred screen coverage), and icon recognition rates (37.5%-87.5%). Cultural and linguistic factors fundamentally shape the usability of video consultation platforms across multiple dimensions. Findings challenge universal design paradigms, establishing cultural responsiveness as essential to the equitable deployment of telemedicine. Platform developers must integrate comprehensive cultural adaptation, encompassing linguistic localization, accommodation of communication patterns, culturally appropriate privacy frameworks, and customization of visual design.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media has transformed the pattern of Islamic preaching (da'wah) in Indonesia by providing a broader, more interactive, and more accessible digital communication space. This phenomenon encourages Muslim preachers to develop personal branding as a communication strategy for delivering Islamic messages. This study aims to analyze the personal branding of Habib Husein Ja'far on social media from the perspective of Islamic Broadcasting Communication. The research employed a qualitative approach using qualitative content analysis. The data were collected from Habib Husein Ja'far's social media content, including YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms, supported by relevant literature. The analysis was conducted using Montoya and Vandehey's Personal Branding theory, Rampersad's Authentic Personal Branding concept, Hovland, Janis, and Kelley's Source Credibility theory, and the principles of Islamic Broadcasting Communication. The findings reveal that Habib Husein Ja'far has established his personal branding as a young Muslim preacher who is moderate, inclusive, dialogic, and closely connected with younger audiences. His personal branding is strengthened by scholarly competence, consistency in delivering Islamic messages, integrity, a humanistic communication approach, and the effective use of social media as a medium for da'wah. From the perspective of Islamic Broadcasting Communication, his personal branding reflects the Islamic values of ?idq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (effective message delivery), and fathanah (wisdom and intelligence), as well as the principles of bil hikmah, mau'izhah hasanah, and mujadalah billati hiya ahsan in conveying Islamic teachings. This study concludes that personal branding grounded in Islamic communication ethics can enhance the effectiveness of digital da'wah while strengthening the credibility of Muslim preachers in contemporary society.
