Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth how the relationship between organizational structure, Islamic values, and leadership can shape organizational behavior in Islamic educational institutions. This study is motivated by the fact that many Islamic educational institutions are still struggling to balance professionalism in institutional management with the application of spiritual values. The research was conducted through a literature study method by examining various scientific sources such as books, journals, and previous research results. All data were then analyzed descriptively to find patterns of correlation and influence between the three elements in the context of Islamic education management. The results of the study show that organizational structure acts as a system that regulates the division of tasks and responsibilities, Islamic values become the moral foundation that guides behavior, while leadership acts as a driving force that unites the two so that they run in harmony. When these three elements are harmoniously intertwined, the organizational behavior that emerges is not only efficient but also reflects Islam through attitudes of trustworthiness, fairness, and responsibility. Thus, the balance between structure, values, and leadership becomes the main foundation in building an ethical, productive organizational culture that has spiritual strength in the Islamic education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning creativity on students’ work productivity and examine the moderating role of self-efficacy. The research background highlights increasing demands in both academic and professional environments, which require students to possess not only creativity but also strong self-belief to maintain optimal performance while balancing study and work responsibilities. The study employed a survey method with purposive sampling, involving 100 student workers from various universities. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that self-efficacy has a significant and strong effect on students’ work productivity. In contrast, learning creativity shows no significant effect on work productivity, and self-efficacy does not moderate the relationship between learning creativity and work productivity. These results indicate that self-belief plays a more dominant role than creativity in enhancing students’ productivity. The study provides practical implications for higher education institutions to strengthen students’ self-efficacy development to support both academic and non-academic performance.

Abstract

Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the era of Society 5.0 raises various ethical challenges that require a strong moral foundation, especially for leaders who utilize technology in the decision-making process. This study aims to analyze the concept of leadership in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and examine its relevance to AI-based leadership ethics. The method used is a literature study by examining hadiths related to the values of trustworthiness, fairness, siddiq, tabligh, and fathanah, and relating them to contemporary technology ethics and AI ethics literature. The results show that prophetic leadership values not only reflect moral principles in Islam but can also be used as an ethical framework in the development and implementation of AI. The value of trustworthiness is related to accountability and data security; fairness is related to the prevention of algorithmic bias; truthfulness is related to data honesty and information validity; communication is related to algorithm transparency; and wisdom is related to prudence in risk mitigation and technology-based decision making. Thus, this study confirms that the integration of prophetic leadership values in AI ethics can be an effective approach in creating leadership that is fair, responsible, and oriented towards public benefit.

Abstract

Educational planning is a strategic process influenced by various interrelated internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze how political, national identity, economic, religious, and science and technology (S&T) factors have a positive impact as well as pose challenges to the development of education in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, namely by examining books, national and international journals, and relevant previous studies. The results of the study show that politics plays a dominant role in directing education policy, but overly dynamic policy changes often lead to inconsistencies. National identity has proven to be important in shaping the character and identity of students through the internalization of national values. Economic factors are a major determinant of the quality and equity of education, while religion provides a moral foundation for the formation of students' personalities. Meanwhile, advances in science and technology encourage learning innovation, but also present challenges in the form of the digital divide and infrastructure limitations. Overall, this study concludes that effective educational planning must consider all these factors in an integrated manner so that the education system can develop in a sustainable, relevant, and adaptive manner in response to changing times.
