Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) utilization and learning innovation on students’ learning creativity. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the research involved 100 university students as the sample. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that AI utilization and learning innovation have a significant effect on learning creativity, as reflected by a correlation coefficient of 0.844 and a significance value of 0.000. The results demonstrate that AI contributes to enhancing students’ ability to explore information, generate new ideas, and understand learning materials through adaptive recommendations and feedback. Learning innovation also plays an essential role in creating interactive, flexible, and creativity-stimulating learning environments. The combination of AI utilization and innovative learning strategies provides a richer learning experience and effectively enhances students’ creativity. Learning Innovation, Student Creativity

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of leader morals as the main pillar in shaping organizational behavior in Islamic educational institutions. The research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, through reviewing various relevant literature sources, such as books, scientific articles, journals, and academic documents that discuss Islamic leadership and organizational behavior. Data analysis was conducted by reviewing, interpreting, and synthesizing relevant theories and findings to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between leadership morals and organizational behavior. The results showed that leader morals have a significant influence in creating conducive, harmonious, and productive organizational behavior in Islamic educational institutions. Leaders who have good morals, such as honesty (Shiddiq), trustworthiness, fairness, wisdom, and responsibility, are able to become moral and spiritual role models for all members of the organization. This example contributes to building an Islamic work culture, increasing motivation, discipline, cooperation, and loyalty of the institution's citizens. Thus, the character of the leader not only serves as the moral foundation of leadership, but also becomes a strategic foundation in shaping organizational behavior that is effective, professional, and oriented towards the values of worship and mutual benefit.

Abstract

The digital era has had a major impact on the way Generation Z understands and practices Islamic teachings, including the hadith of the Prophet as the second source of teachings after the Qur'an. This study aims to describe how the understanding of hadith about spirituality and morality affects the formation of religious behavior in the modern era generation Z. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, this study analyzes various relevant literature and scientific sources. The results of the study show that although Generation Z obtains a lot of religious information through digital media, proper understanding of hadith remains an important aspect in building morals, spirituality and religious identity. Hadith about faith, Islam, ihsan, and ethics both play a big role in guiding Generation Z in social life and digital media activities. In addition, understanding hasi also encourages the involvement of Generation Z in social activities and improves the quality of worship. Thus, the hadith of the Prophet remains relevant as a moral and spiritual guideline in shaping the religious behavior of generation Z in the midst of the challenges of modernization and globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between strategic planning, education quality assurance, and institutional performance. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach through a literature study. Data was obtained from scientific journals, books, and relevant literature that discuss the concept of strategic planning, quality assurance systems, and performance management of educational institutions. The results of the study show that strategic planning plays an important role in determining the direction, goals, and priorities of quality programs that are the basis for the implementation of quality education. Meanwhile, quality assurance functions as an evaluative mechanism that ensures that the institution's strategy is implemented consistently through the PPEPP (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement) cycle. The integration between the two has been proven to be able to improve management effectiveness, learning quality, and institutional accountability. Therefore, the integration of strategic planning and quality assurance is a key factor in creating superior, sustainable, and adaptive institutional performance to change.
