Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the income of sawo sukatali ST. I (Achras Zapota L.) In The Village.Sukatali District Situraja Sumedang Regency and to find out the level of productivity of farmers Sawo Sukatali ST. I (Achras Zapota L.) in Sukatali Village of Situraja District of Sumedang Regency. The analysis unit is farmers who do sawo Sukatali ST farming. I in one growing season. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and verifiative research with quantitative approaches. Based on the discussion and results of the analysis of this research data can be put forward the following conclusions : 1) The establishment of sawo farming business located in Sukatali Village of Situraja District of Sumedang Regency, namely a) subsystem of provision of production facilities and infrastructure (Hulu). b) Subsystem of Business (Cultivation of mustard plants). c) marketing subsystem (Downstream).2) Partially there are 3 variables (land area, productivity, price) that have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income. Simultaneously land area, productivity, production costs, prices, and marketing simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the income of sawo farmers located in Sukatali Villageof Situraja District of Sumedang Regency.3) The income of sawo farmers located in Sukatali Village of Situraja District of Sumedang Regency is fairly low. The average income of mustard farmers amounted to Rp. 5,916,235 per season.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors that affect the service function of warehouse receipt system (SRG) and its benefits to farmers. Theanalysis is the farmer  utilizing SRG services. The technique of determining respondents is done from the withdrawal of examples with a simple random technique, The sample size using the Slovin formula was obtained by 60 people. Hypothesis testing analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and chisquare. The results of the research obtained by Fator-factors that affect the service function of The Warehouse Receipt System (SRG) to farmers in Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency are: land area, harvest area, land productivity, dependence on marketing agencies, capital, and the effectiveness of HPP (Government Purchase Price) policy.   The achievement rate is 78.75%.  SRG Service functions to farmers include: storage, grain quality test; delivery of goods, supervision, and cooperation. The achievement rate was 77.33%.  The benefits of SRG in order to provide services to farmers include: better price / higher, product quality, quantity of products, and financingguarantees.   The achievement rate is 69.06%.  Factors that have a real effect on the function of SRG services are: land area, harvest area, land productivity, and capital, while the effect is not real, namely: dependence on capital release, and HPP policy.  The function of SRG services has a positive effect on the benefits obtained by farmers. With the understanding of the better the running of the SRG function, the better it will provide the benefits obtained by farmers.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the most competitive plantation commodities. Where competitive advantage is one of the factors that affect the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee. In addition to competitiveness, another factor that affects the coffee commodity is the marketing mix. The government is trying to improve the competitiveness of local coffee in order to compete in the international market by increasing its advantages and expanding its marketing. This is what the Sukabumi district government has done. The purpose of this research is the effect of competitive advantage and marketing mix on the success of coffee farming. The method used is path analysis and farming analysis. The results of the analysis show that the F-count value is 153.112 where the value is greater than the F-table value, which is 3.183 at a significant level of 0.05, meaning that competitive advantage (X1) and marketing mix (X2) have a significantly positive effect on the success of coffee farming (Y). ). As for the value of R square, the value of R square is 0.869. This shows that the contribution or influence of X1 and X2 is 86.9 percent,

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of (1) analyzing the effect of product quality and consumer characteristics on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul; (2) analyzing the effect of product quality on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul; (3) analyzing the effect of consumer characteristics on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul. The research method used in this research is a limited survey method to consumers of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul. The form of the research is verification research (explanatory). Respondents or research samples were selected using the incidental sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis to test between variables. The conclusion of the research show that product quality and consumer characteristics together have a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 25.7%. Partially, the product quality factor gave a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 9% and the consumer characteristics factor gave a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 16.7%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul, Sukabumi City to give more attention to the quality of hydroponic vegetable products to increase purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions on the application of organic rice farming and their impact on productivity and income. The respondent determination technique used is a census obtained with a size of 80 people, each of which is 40 people who apply and 40 people who do not apply organic rice farming. The analysis technique used is multiple logistic regression. The results of the study obtained that the performance of organic rice farming was characterized by a land area of 0.44 ha, organic rice farming activities started from the use of superior and certified seeds; land management; Basic and secondary fertilization; use of organic materials; planting seeds; weeding; irrigation; pest and disease control; harvest and post-harvest, all of which are done conventionally. Marketing of the produce is done at the farmer's place with a selling price of Rp. 5,000/kg. Farmers' motivation factors, ease of obtaining organic materials, farming experience, land area, grain selling price, availability of farmer's capital simultaneously significantly influence the decision to implement organic rice farming. Meanwhile, partially, the significant ones with the largest order are: the selling price of grain; farmer motivation; ease of obtaining organic materials; and land area. The application of organic rice farming has no significant effect on productivity gains. For farm land. organic rice yielded 6,977 kg/ha productivity. While the non-organic 6,937 kg/ha. The application of organic rice farming has a positive effect on income, namely Rp. 15.162.464 / ha with R/C = 2.25, while the non-organic is Rp. 14.458.496 / ha with R/C = 1.80.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchase of broiler chicken meat.This research is a verification research using a survey method to consumers in Sukabumi City as the unit of analysis. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis.The results of the partial study of product quality did not have a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat and brand image partially had a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat. Meanwhile, simultaneously product quality and brand image have a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat, with the level of influence can be seen from the hypothesis test, where the R square variable of 58.5% is influenced by this variable and 41.8% is influenced by other variables that are not explained. in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFish culture production factors are an important component of the fish culture production process that determines the income of fish farmers. This study aims to analyze the business of tilapia rearing in the city of Sukabumi, and the production factors that influence the income of the tilapia rearing business. This study is a quantitative study using primers collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The research data collection was carried out in January 2022 - February 2022. The analytical method used was Multiple Linear Regression. The independent variables used were land area, number of seeds, amount of feed and labor costs. While the dependent variable is income. Ordinal Least Square (OLS) method is used for hypothesis testing on Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that simultaneously the income of tilapia rearing farmers was influenced by land area, number of seeds, amount of feed, and labor costs of 82.83%. However, partially, only the variables of Land Area, Number of Seeds, and Amount of Feed, which affect the income. Meanwhile, the labor cost variable has no significant effect on the income of tilapia cultivators. The elasticity value of the fish farming production input factor has an elasticity value of less than 1 which means it is inelastic. The total elasticity of production factors for land area, seeds, feed and labor is 1.008 or fish rearing business is classified as an increasing return to scale business, meaning that the proportion of increase in output is greater than the increase in production input. Thus, optimizing the use of production inputs is very important in the fish farming process in order to maximize the income of fish farmers.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the business processing system of the tempe industry, to find out how much added value is obtained from processing soybeans into tempeh, and to determine the strategy for developing the tempe industry business. The data analysis used is a case study descriptive method. The results of the research value added tempeh business is Rp. 5.136/kg. And for the added value of the workers, namely Rp. 1.489/kg. As for the development method, it shows that the company's internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) reach -0.41, while the external factors (opportunities and threats) of the company reach 0.43. The strategy that needs to be implemented is the W-O (Weaknessis-Opportunity) strategy. The focus of this strategy is aimed at improving internal weaknesses by taking advantage of external opportunities. To obtain higher income, this business must increase production, as well as optimize sales by utilizing social media as a means of production.
