Abstract

The study of anti-corruption literature may not be new, however, most anti-corruption literature studies in Indonesia focus on anti-corruption education. Meanwhile, when discussing anti-corruption villages, religion is often used as a method of anti-corruption hand-cutting. Unlike these studies, this study will focus on finding models of community participation and the role of local wisdom with Max Weber's social action theory and Mayer N. Zald-John D. Mc Carthy's resource mobilization theory as its analysis knife. Using qualitative research methods and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach this study, finally found that "Taqdim political-economic empowerment based on traditional ethics and religion" is a model of community participation that includes the local wisdom of Sentang village. This model then also carried out five resource mobilizations to achieve corruption prevention of village funds. The realization of this model can then be grouped into types of social action consisting of actions based on goals, values, affections, and traditions. Based on the conclusion of the thesis, this study has succeeded in finding a model of community participation and the role of local wisdom in preventing corruption of village funds. Thus, this study has provided new insights into preventing corruption of village funds through the integration of participation models and the role of local wisdom. In practical terms, this insight can automatically be used as a consideration for policymakers in determining the prevention of corruption in village funds.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in shaping the character and personality of individuals and society, so that it becomes one of the determinants of national progress. The Minister of Education and Culture Regulation stipulates that currently one of the focuses of education in Indonesia is developing a student profile based on Pancasila values. The Pancasila Student Profile is an innovative step in improving the quality of education, especially student character. This study aims to determine the application of self-regulated learning to strengthen the Pancasila student profile at Special Schools (SLB) C in Central Java. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study indicate that in this study, Self-Regulated Learning refers to the abilities of students at SLB C shown through three phases, namely the planning phase (forethought phase), the performance control phase (performance control phase), and the self-reflection phase (self reflection phase). The planning phase is constrained because students do not yet have the independence to prepare a study plan to achieve their goals. The work control phase is difficult to do because students have difficulty concentrating to achieve learning goals, are not yet able to manage their own study time, and measure their learning success independently. The self-reflection phase is still difficult to do because students have difficulty in evaluating their own learning performance and do not yet have the initiative to achieve learning goals.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the professional responsibility of lawyers in protecting the rights of clients in every judicial process and to assess its application from the perspective of Pancasila values. The method used in this study is qualitative with a normative and empirical approach. The normative approach is carried out through an analysis of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Lawyers, professional codes of ethics, and legal principles related to the obligations of lawyers. while the empirical approach was conducted through in-depth interviews with lawyers, judges, and clients at the Pekalongan District Court, field observations, and document studies. The data obtained was analysed using qualitative descriptive techniques through the steps of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing using source triangulation to ensure accuracy. The research findings show that lawyer professionalism is a combination of legal ability, field experience, and moral integrity based on Pancasila values. Client rights protection is realised through assistance from the early stages of the legal process, legal education, preparation of realistic defence strategies, and compliance with the code of ethics, including the prohibition of guaranteeing victory. Challenges to professionalism arise in the form of pressure from clients, public perceptions of economic influence on decisions, and obstacles in the judicial system. This study emphasises that the professionalism of solicitors does not solely focus on the final outcome of a case, but also on a fair, transparent, and dignified process in accordance with the principles of Pancasila justice. Keywords:  professional responsibility, protection of client rights, Pancasila values   Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi tanggung jawab profesional pengacara dalam menjaga hak klien disetiap proses peradilan dan untuk menilai penerapannya dari sudut pandang nilai-nilai pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif dan empiris, pendekatan normatif dilakukan melalui analisis terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 Tentang Pengacara, kode etik profesi serta prinsip-prinsip hukum yang berkaitan dengan kewajiban pengacara, sementara pendekatan empiris dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengacara, hakim, dan klien di Pengadilan Negeri Pekalongan, observasi lapangan danstudi dokumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif melalui langkah-langkah reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan trianggulasi sumber untuk memastikan akurasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa profesionalisme pengacara merupakan kombinasi anatara kemampuan hukum, pengalaman lapangan, dan integritas moral yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai pancasila. Perlindungan hak klien diwujudkan melalui pendampingan sejak tahap awal proses hukum, edukasi hukum, penyiapan strategi pembelaan yang realistis, serta kepatuhan terhadap kode etik, termasuk larangan memberikan jaminan kemenangan. Tantangan terhadap profesionalitas muncul dalam bentuk tekanan dari klien, anggapan masyarakat mengenai pengaruh ekonomi terhadap keputusan, dan kendala dalam sistem peradilan. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa profesionaluitas pengacara tidak semata-mata berfokus pada hasil akhir suatu perkara, tetapi juga pada proses yang adil, transparan, dan bermartabat sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan pancasila. Kata kunci: tanggung jawab profesional, perlindungan hak klien, nilai pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan Kecamatan Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem. Tenganan merupakan kawasan berupa desa tradisional yang masih memegang teguh adat-istiadat dan kebudayaan warisan leluhur yaitu sebagai Bali Asli atau Bali Aga. Di desa adat Tenganan terdapat Awig-awig yang merupakan suatu norma yang mengatur tatanan sebuah kehidupan masyarakat Desa Adat Tenganan Pegringsingan, termasuk pula dalam hubungannya mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia, manusia dengan lingkungan dan manusia dengan tuhannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan antara lain, (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan hukum adat di Desa Tenganan. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola kehidupan masyarakat Desa Tenganan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain deskriptif kualitatif dimana dalam hal ini peneliti berusaha untuk mengungkap, membuat gambaran serta deskripsi tentang kondisi atau fenomena sosial dalam hal ini mengungkap dan menggambarkan tentang hukum adat dan pola kehidupan masyarakat desa Tenganan Pegringsingan Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di desa Tenganan terdapat awig-awig yang mengatur antara lain tentang pemanfaatan lingkungan, perkawinan, kekerabatan, perceraian, dan waris. Dimana awig-awig tersebut menjadi dasar dalam pola kehidupan masyarakat adat Tenganan. Terkait dengan pola kehidupan di desa adat Tenganan, terdapat nilai-nilai, norma, pengetahuan agama, hukum-hukum, kepercayaan, warisan para leluhur, tata cara tradisional yang digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi berbagai masalah sehari-hari sehingga mencapai suatu keharmonisan dan kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Materi PPKn didalamnya memuat nilai-nilai Pancasila. Berbagai informasi akhir-akhir ini menimbulkan keprihatinan bersama. Salah satu cara melestarikan ideologi Pancasila adalah melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Situasi nasional dan global yang berkembang sangat cepat perlu disiasati oleh guru PPKn. Salah satu materi di SMP kelas VIII adalah mengenai pembelajaran Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui model internalisasi pembelajaran nilai-nilai Pancasila dan implementasinya di sekolah serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran Pancasila. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran nilai-nilai Pancasila jenjang SMP di Kota Semarang menggunakan berbagai model yang bervariasi dalam setiap pembelajarannya, seperti model ceramah, diskusi, problem solving, jigsaw, audio visual, studi kasus, dan bermain peran. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran materi Pancasila di sekolah adalah keterbatasan waktu, jadwal mengajar siang, minat belajar peserta didik, dan keadaan variatif peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PPKn untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah mempersiapkan sejak awal model pembelajaran jauh hari sebelum masuk ke kelas, mempersiapkan diri mengajar jam siang, memanfaatkan waktu mengajar seoptimal mungkin, kondisioning peserta didik, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang terbaru, pendekatan komunikatif dengan peserta didik, menciptkan suasana kelas yang kondusif, dan memberikan keteladanan kepada warga sekolah.

Abstract

Nelayan sebagai salah satu komponen masyarakat memiliki kontribusi yang penting bagi bangsa dan negara. Kehidupan pesisir pantai menjadi ujung tombak masuknya transaksi ekonomi dan perdagangan. Peran penting dari kehidupan masyarakat di pesisir pantai menimbulkan dampak negatif dan positif. Dampak positifnya menjadikan negara Indonesia memiliki kegiatan ekonomi yang baik.  Dampak negatifnya adalah kemungkinan pesisir pantai dimanfaatkan sebagai sasaran perdagangan narkoba.  Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut yaitu melalui penanaman sikap dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya narkoba serta upaya pencegahannya dengan menciptakan kampung nelayan yang tanggap akan bahaya narkoba. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mereduksi data, menyusun hasil reduksi sehingga data dapat disajikan,  dan yang terakhir yaitu menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan nelayan dilakukan dengan dua strategi, yaitu preventif dan represif. Untuk strategi preventif antara lain: memberikan sosialisasi; talk show dan pengajian. Sedangkan untuk strategi represif meliputi melaporkan kasus penyalahguanan narkoba kepada pihak kepolisian;  melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak); melakukan tes urine, (2) Kendala dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkotiba, antara lain: Terbatasnya anggaran menyebabkan fasilitas, sarana dan prasarana Pemerintahan yang masih belum optimal dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas pokok aparatur negara, belum efektifnya pelaksanaan sistem manajemen, belum optimalnya kinerja BNK Pemalang, masih lemahnya pengawasan dan kurang optimalnya koordinasi pelaksanaan Pencegahan, Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN), minimnya pengetahuan tentang narkoba di lingkungan masyarakat. Adanya sebagian masyarakat kurang perduli terhadap penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap Narkoba karena mereka beranggapan yang memakai dan pengedar Narkoba bukan keluarga mereka sendiri.

Abstract

Early childhood education itself is education aimed at preschool children with the aim that children can develop their potential from an early age so that they can develop naturally as children. Based on experience in TK Negeri Pembina Belik, Researchers found a problem in the language character of students, namely the lack of verbal communication between students with one another, children are still quiet and rarely communicate directly with their peers. The formulation of the problem to be studied in this study is the lack of communication activities among peers due to the lack of communication support media that attracts and motivates children to start a conversation or communication directly / verbally. The use of paper puppet media carried out in two cycles has a positive impact on several components of activities, especially for students. Children are more actively communicating, independent, fostering self-confidence, and strong curiosity. The application of this media can be carried out in various learning and development aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the implementation of Anti-Corruption Education lectures. One indicator of success, namely after participating in Anti-Corruption education students can afford anti-corruption education, among others, to know the dangers of corruption. can understand anti-corruption values. character change. The factors that support the success of anti-corruption education are self-awareness factors, media and learning resources and the selection of appropriate strategies. Factors that hinder the success of anti-corruption education are environmental factors and mistakes in choosing the media and learning strategies.

Abstract

Reform era has generated significant changes that occur in social life, economy, politics and even included in the world of education. Pancasila began to shift during a crisis that resulted in slump in almost all areas of life. Pancasila values ​​that need to be relayed from generation to generation can be through education about Pancasila in college. Pancasila Education in the curriculum is now a course of Pancasila Education in universities. Pancasila education is one way to inculcate a moral person and broad-minded in the life of nation and state. The problem raised in this article is how much the level of knowledge and understanding of Ideology Pancasila among students how the solution to reinforce the Ideology of Pancasila among students. In this study, the primary data obtained by researchers through a list of questions or questionnaire. A list of questions or questionnaire used is based on answering closed a list of questions or questionnaire. From the research obtained the results show that almost all respondents practice value of Pancasila significantly. Era reformasi telah banyak melahirkan perubahan-perubahan signifikan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, politik bahkan termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Pancasila mulai tergeser saat terjadi krisis yang mengakibatkan keterpurukan di hampir semua bidang kehidupan.  Nilai-nilai pancasila yang perlu diestafetkan dari generasi ke generasi tersebut dapat melalui pendidikan tentang pancasila di perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan tentang pancasila dalam kurikulum sekarang merupakan mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila di perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan pancasila merupakan salah satu cara untuk menanamkan pribadi yang bermoral dan berwawasan luas dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam artikel ini adalah seberapa besar tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman Ideologi Pancasila di kalangan mahasiswa bagaimana solusi untuk menguatkan kembali Ideologi Pancasila di kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer diperoleh peneliti melalui angket atau kuesioner. Angket atau kuesioner yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan cara menjawab yaitu angket atau kuesioner tertutup. Dari penilitian didapatkan hasil yang menunjukan kan bahwa hampir seluruh responden pengamalan nilai nilai Pancasila secara signifikan.
