Community service was carried out by the PPM Team from the Department of Business Administration with the theme "Development of Alumni Skills Through 4-Star Hotel Administration and Service Training at Mercure Pontianak". A possible solution to the problem is to offer advanced training or professional development for alumni to improve their skills in administration and service. This can be in the form of seminars, workshops, or special training programmes that help them stay relevant to the latest developments in the field. The output targets in this PPM are the PPM Journal and articles in print or electronic media.
