Abstract

Benang kusut persoalan pengelolaan cendana di Nusa Tenggara Timur selalu dilekatkan pada kekeliruan kebijakan pemerintah dan apatisme masyarakat untuk menanam kembali tanaman cendana. Padahal ada aktor lain yang berkepentingan dengan cendana yaitu pasar/pengusaha, mengingat cendana merupakan komoditas yang bernilai ekonomis. Oleh karena itu, pelibatan pasar/pengusaha dalam program pengelolaan cendana juga memegang peranan yang penting. Peran lembaga penelitian dalam pengembangan tanaman cendana dapat melalui penemuan paket-paket teknologi yang mudah dilaksanakan dan dapat diandalkan keberhasilannya di lapangan, penetapan prioritas penelitian dan penemuan serta terobosan baru yang dapat menambah nilai ekonomis cendana.

Abstract

Gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat memiliki kedudukan sangat penting dalam sistem pemerintahan daerah di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kedudukan strategis tersebut mengalami banyak tantangan dan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengapa kedudukan gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat tidak efektif dan untuk merumuskan konstruksi kedudukan, peran dan fungsi gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat dalam sistem pemerintahan daerah di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia ke depan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat berjalan tidak efektif yang disebabkan oleh 6 (enam) determinant factor, yaitu lemahnya dukungan instrumen kebijakan, ketiadaan institusi kelembagaan, ketiadaan personil aparatur, ketidakjelasan anggaran, kepemimpinan, dan political will pemerintah. Hasil penelitian merumuskan dua desain sistem pemerintahan daerah. Pertama, provinsi wilayah administrasi dan daerah otonom ? kabupaten/kota daerah otonom. Kedua, provinsi daerah wilayah administrasi dan daerah otonom ? kabupaten/kota wilayah administrasi dan daerah otonom. Kedua desain tersebut meletakkan dekonsentrasi dan desentralisasi pada provinsi dan mendudukkan gubernur baik sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat mapunselaku kepala daerah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan perlunya institusi kelembagaan gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat yang dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai intermediate government dalam bentuk direktorat dekonsentrasi.

Abstract

Writing for most students is a language skill that is difficult to master. This research on writing skills is based on observations and experiences of researchers towards the low ability of SMK students in writing. This is because learning to write at school is still conventional. The selection of learning models has not been a top priority by teachers. The communicative model can be used to improve writing learning to foster a sense of writing and improve learning outcomes. The results of the act of using a communicative approach to writing activities at SMK Multimedia Nurul Huda Poncokusumo showed an increase when compared to conventional writing learning. Improving the ability of students in writing occurs through several stages carried out in three cycles using the communicative model.Keyword: writing, communicative model, learning

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara majemuk yang terdiri dari suku, ras dan agama, yang berbeda-beda sehingga diperlukan toleransi dalam memahami semua perbedaan yang ada, begitu juga pada lembaga pendidikan kultur warganya juga beraneka ragam. Oleh sebab itu moderasi beragama sangat tepat sekali diterapkan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara terutama pada masyarakat yang multikultural. Moderasi beragama sebagai jalan tengah dalam mengadapi perbedaan baik kelompok ekstrem maupun fundamental. Untuk menerapkan moderasi beragama dimasyarakat multikultural yang perlu dilakukan adalah; menjadikan lembaga pendidikan sebagai basis laboratorium moderasi beragama dan melakukan pendekatan sosio-religius dalam beragama dan bernegara Kata Kunci: Moderasi Agama, Institusi, Pendidikan   Indonesia is a pluralistic country consisting of different ethnicities, races and religions, so tolerance is needed in understanding all the differences that exist, as well as the cultural education institutions of its citizens are also diverse. Therefore religious moderation is very appropriate to be applied in national and state life, especially in multicultural societies, it is also expected that religious moderation is a middle way in dealing with differences in both extremes and fundamental groups. To implement religious moderation in multicultural societies, what needs to be done is; make educational institutions as a basis for religious moderation laboratories and take socio-religious approaches in religion and state. Abstract

Abstract. This cross-sectional study empirically examines the motivation and certification as antecedent welfare and performance of teachers and welfare as antecedent performance. Slovin formulation is used to take a sample of 244 teachers. Samples were taken from a population of 624 teachers who are already certified. Testing the model fit using Structural Equation Modeling. The test results demonstrate the value of χ2 = 449.163; p = 0.542; RMSEA = 0.000; GFI = 0.901; AGFI = 0.884; CMN / DF = 0.991; TLI = 1.001, and; CFI = 1.000. Results Analysis of Moment Structures / AMOS all support the model fit hypothesis. The findings of the study stated motivation and certification plays an important role in efforts to enhance the welfare and performance of teachers. Teacher performance can be predicted through the welfare of teachers. The research findings will be discussed in the context of motivational teacher certification program.Keywords: motivation, certification, welfare, performance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to determine the relationships between emotional maturity, self-confidence and the anxiety to face retirees. Subjects were 60 civil servants who are resident residing in the Territory Housing Complex Tandes. Data retrieval tool used is the scale emotional maturity, self-confidence scale and face the anxiety scale pension. Data were analyzed by using multiple reggression. The results showed: first, there was a negative relationship between emotional maturity and anxiety civil servants. It showed when one's emotional maturity is high, then the anxiety state employees retirement will decrease. Second, showed that there was a negative relationships between self-confidence and anxiety civil servants. when  self-confidence is high, then the anxiety state employees retire-ment will decrease.Key Words: emotional maturity, self-confidence and employee’s anxiety in  fa-cing the future pension.

Abstract

The white-shouldered ibis (Pseudibis davisoni) is on of waterbird species from Threskiornithidae family and is classified as endangered species, based on the document of Birds to Watch 11. This survey was conducted in August-September 2001 along the Mahakam River, East Kalimantan. The population were gauged by broad observation based on previous research. The population of white-shouldered ibis in Mahakam River were estimated to be 53 individuals. This species was mostly found feeding on the muddy riverbanks, sand and gravel banks. The birds roosted at tall trees such as Compasia tree, Coompassia sp. White-shouldered ibis shows four different feeding behaviour namely probing, pecking, flipping and gropping. Poaching, deforestation caused by illegal forest logging and forest fire are causing the declining population these birds.

Abstract

This research delves into the collaborative governance framework concerning the reintegration guidance of terrorist parolees, as exemplified by the Surakarta Parole Office. Terrorism, a global concern, is defined as a criminal undertaking intended to overtly propagate fear and panic, perpetrated by specific factions either for ideological or distinct political motives. Addressing terrorism necessitates the concerted efforts of multiple stakeholders. Within the realm of Corrections, Parole Offices assume the responsibility of aiding terrorist parolees in their societal reintegration. However, the current level of collaboration between the Parole Office and stakeholders in this particular endeavor remains suboptimal. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to this issue, employing a qualitative methodology with a descriptive orientation. Through meticulous data analysis, it is revealed that collaborative governance in the context of guiding terrorist parolees within the Surakarta Parole Office is not functioning at its full potential due to several factors, aligned with the four dimensions of Ansell and Gash's (2007) collaborative governance model, namely Starting Conditions, Collaborative Process, Facilitative Leadership, Institutional Design, and Outcome. To optimize the collaborative framework for guiding terrorist parolees, this research proposes an enhanced collaborative governance model building upon the foundation laid by Ansell and Gash. This model advocates for a comprehensive collaborative approach involving pertinent multi-actors.

Abstract

Rendahnya ketertarikan siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika, berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran problem-based learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Rancangan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VI yang jumlahnya 24 orang yang terdiri dari perempuan 11 orang dan laki-laki 13 orang. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan difokuskan pada satu objek. Objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar Matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan satu metode, yaitu metode tes. Dengan jenis tes isian. Setelah data terkumpul kemudia dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus dengan rata-rata 62,92 (kategori kurang), siklus I dengan rata-rata 69,58 (kategori cukup), meningkat lagi menjadi 79,17 (kategori baik) pada siklus II.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan menerapkan ilmu dan konsep Pelayanan Prima (Excellent Service), dimana selanjutnya membangun kualitas SDM bagi salah satu stakeholder Polnep, dalam hal ini PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kali ini menggunakan metode penerapan ipteks dalam bentuk penyuluhan (diklat) bagi frontliner. Selain itu untuk menambah kualitas layanan di Area Layanan, Tim pengabdian telah mensetting satu set LED running text untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam hal informasi di ruang layanan. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen serta beberapa dokumentasi di Area Ruang Layanan. Manfaat Pengabdian yang diharapkan bagi khalayak sasaran adalah tercapainya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai kualitas layanan dari Staf Bagian Customer Service (CS)  dan Teller, menumbuhkan Jiwa Melayani bagi Staf Bagian Customer Service (CS) dan Teller, terjadinya peningkatan Citra yang baik dari Pelanggan, khususnya bagi pelanggan Cabang Kota Pontianak dan sekitarnya, dan meningkatnya kualitas hubungan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan, antara Politeknik Negeri Pontianak sebagai institusi Pendidikan Tinggi dengan PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, sebagai salah satu Industri sebagai bagian dari Stakeholder Pendidikan Tinggi. Kata kunci— Frontliner, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan  Abstract This community projects aims to apply the knowledge and concept of Excellent Service, which in turn builds the quality of human resources for one of the Polnep stakeholders, in this case PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The implementation of this service uses the method of applying science and technology in the form of education and training for frontliners. In addition, to increase the quality of service in the service Area, the service team has set up a set of LED running text to improve the quality of information in the service area. Collecting data through observation, interviews and document studies as well as some documentation in the Service Room Area. The expected service benefits for the target audience are the achievement of increased knowledge and skills regarding service quality from the Customer Service (CS) and Teller Staff, fostering a Serving Spirit for Customer Service (CS) and Teller Staff, an increase in a good image from customers, especially for customers of the Pontianak City Branch and its surroundings, and increasing the quality of mutually beneficial cooperative relationships, between Pontianak State Polytechnic as a Higher Education institution and PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, as one of the industries as part of the Higher Education Stakeholder. Keywords— Frontliner, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
