Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning di Asrama I Pondok Pesantren Ngalah, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan tersebut, dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar santri. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif jenis Research and Development (R&D), dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar santri. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal, perlu meminimalisir kekurangan yang ada. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan PBL terbukti berhasil meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar santri dari 36,36% menjadi 72,73%. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran di pondok pesantren. Abstract This study aims to develop a learning model based on Problem Based Learning in Dormitory I of Ngalah Islamic Boarding School, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors for the development, and to evaluate its impact on students' learning outcomes. The approach used is a qualitative type of Research and Development (R&D), with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the development of Problem Based Learning is very effective in improving students' learning outcomes. In addition, it was found that in order to achieve more optimal results, it is necessary to minimize existing deficiencies. Overall, the development of PBL has proven successful in increasing the completeness of students' learning outcomes from 36.36% to 72.73%. This finding provides important implications for the development of learning models in Islamic boarding schools.
