<![CDATA[In the era of Industry 4.0, characterized by rapid technological advancements and innovations, skills competency has become a critical aspect of education, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students. Socialization regarding the importance of obtaining competencies recognized by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) is essential to prepare the younger generation to face the increasingly competitive job market. This activity aims to provide SMK students with an understanding of the benefits and urgency of BNSP certification, which not only enhances their competitiveness in the job market but also grants official recognition of their skills. Additionally, this socialization emphasizes the importance of developing technical skills (hard skills) and non-technical skills (soft skills) aligned with the demands of modern industries. Through an interactive approach, students are encouraged to discuss and share their perspectives on the significance of skills competency, which is expected to motivate them to actively participate in training and certifications organized by BNSP.
