Abstract

During the Covid-19 containment period, learning was carried out using online which resulted in the termination of the spread of Covid-19. To overcome education during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was concluded that blended learning uses various media including: WhatsApp, Google, Meet, Zoom, Classroom, and there is also e-learning. This is evidenced by the many scientific papers published in Indonesian-language journals on blended learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this paper, a review of 30 scientific papers is carried out. The results of this review show that 50% of the writings were in blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic. It has been observed in the service that each problem has its own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, I feel that this service will be useful for researchers. Pada masa pendami covid-19 ini terjadi pembelajaraan dilakukan menggunakan secara daring yang menyebabkan pemutusan penyebaran covid-19. Untuk mengatasi Pendidikan selama pendami covid-19, disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaraan blended learning dengan menggunakan bermacam-macam media diantarnya : Whatsapp, Google, Meet, Zoom, Classroom, dan ada juga e-learning. Ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya tulisan ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal berbahasa Indonesia pada blended learning pada masa pendami covid-19. Pada tulisan ini dilakukan tinjauan terhadap 30 buah tulisan ilmiah. Hasil dari tinjauan ini menunjukan bahwa 50% dari tulisan tersebut pada blended learning pada masa pandemi covid-19. Telah diamati dari servie bahwa setiap masalah memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan tersendiri nya. Oleh karna itu saya merasa bahwa servie ini akan berguna untuk para peneliti.

Abstract

There are several sources of Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in accordance with Law number 1 of 2022, one of which is parking fees that falls under local fees. To optimize and enhance the Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD), professional and transparent management of parking fees is necessary. This study aims to determine the design of an information system, its effectiveness, and the advantages and disadvantages of using an electronic parking system for paying parking fees in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research falls within the realm of qualitative research. The data sources used in this study include primary and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis techniques employed encompass data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. The management of parking fees still encounters several obstacles, including a lack of field supervision, exploitation by irresponsible individuals taking advantage of negligence for personal gain, and incomplete allocation of parking revenue to local governments. One solution to address leakages in the management of parking fee funds is the implementation of electronic parking, enabling effective monitoring of all parking-related aspects, thereby contributing to an increase in Regional Own-Source Revenue from the local fee sector, specifically parking fees.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, characterized by rapid technological advancements and innovations, skills competency has become a critical aspect of education, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students. Socialization regarding the importance of obtaining competencies recognized by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) is essential to prepare the younger generation to face the increasingly competitive job market. This activity aims to provide SMK students with an understanding of the benefits and urgency of BNSP certification, which not only enhances their competitiveness in the job market but also grants official recognition of their skills. Additionally, this socialization emphasizes the importance of developing technical skills (hard skills) and non-technical skills (soft skills) aligned with the demands of modern industries. Through an interactive approach, students are encouraged to discuss and share their perspectives on the significance of skills competency, which is expected to motivate them to actively participate in training and certifications organized by BNSP. With proper preparation, SMK students are anticipated to be not only ready to face the increasingly competitive workforce but also capable of contributing to positive changes in the industrial world, both nationally and globally.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of financial literacy and financial management on the performance and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. This research is quantitative, and it uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. This research population is an MSMEs perpetrator in the city. Sampling techniques in research use census techniques. Around 150 people participated in the event. The data was processed with SPSS software for Windows version 22. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive impact on the performance of MSMEs and business sustainability; financial management has positive experience with the sustainability of enterprises; and financial management is consistent with the outcomes of MSMEs.
