<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the strategies used by the Principal of SMP Negeri 01 Wringin Bondowoso in preventing bullying cases. Bullying in schools is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on students' academic and emotional development. This study explores the strategies of the Principal in preventing bullying cases in the school environment. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 01 Wringin, Bondowoso Regency. Through a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods, this study found that the Principal plays a crucial role in creating a safe and conducive school environment. Some of the main strategies implemented include developing character education programs, teacher training on handling bullying, increasing supervision in vulnerable areas, and involving parents and the community in prevention efforts. In addition, the Principal also encourages the implementation of strict policies against bullies and provides support to victims. The results of the study indicate that a combination of preventive approaches and active interventions can effectively reduce bullying incidents in schools. Thus, the Principal must have good commitment and managerial skills to implement these strategies effectively.]]>
