Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten, dan (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten sejumlah 73 guru dari 15 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akunansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten (β =0,643, sig = 0,522). (2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten (F = 33,584, sig = 0,000). ABSTRACTThis study aims at knowing: (1) The influence of proffesional competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocation high school of business management; and (2) the influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences of teacher’s on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in klaten district. This research was ex-post facto quantitative approach. The population of this research simultaneously as sample was all of accounting teachers in Klaten District which involved 73 teachers and 15 schools. The data were collected by questionnaires. Analyzing data referred to descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There is no influence of Professional Competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (t = 0.643, sig = 0.522). (2) There is an influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (F = 33.584, sig = 0.000).

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are important components in determining the success of the educational process and one of the factors for improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The importance of educational facilities and infrastructure makes every educational institution make maximum efforts to meet the standards of educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were principals, teachers, administrative staff, and principals of the Sarpras section of the school. The data collection technique used is the interview method, the observation method, and the documentation method, which will later obtain primary and secondary data for later analysis to get a conclusion. Based on the results of research that the author has carried out, it can be concluded that the management of infrastructure at SMP Negeri 8 Purworejo in supporting the learning process is quite good. However, several management of facilities and infrastructure have not been realized, including in the process of planning, procurement, use, maintenance, and elimination of infrastructure facilities. The obstacles experienced are the lack of human resources in the field of administration and infrastructure and the incoming funds for the procurement process and the infrastructure management process, which is still slow.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan perpustakaan, minat baca, dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam manajeman pengelolaan perpustakaan guna untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa di MAN Purworejo. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Perpustakaan MAN Purworejo memiliki dua lokasi, yang pertama di Jalan Kartini dan yang kedua di Pangen Jurutengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Purworejo di Pangen, Jurutengah. Untuk teknik perolehan data yaitu mengunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perpustakaan MAN Purworejo lebih unggul dan baik. Mengenai pengadaan buku untuk pelayanan yang diberikan perpustakaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing. Namun, ketika menempatkan buku di rak perpustakaan, pustakawan menempatkan buku di rak yang tidak mengikuti nomor klasifikasi. Rak-rak tersebut disusun menurut abjad bidang ilmu. Minat baca di MAN Purworejo masih sangat rendah, adapun faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca yaitu keterbatasannya koleksi buku yang ditawarkan perpustakaan, perpustakaan hanya menyediakan buku pelajaran, hanya sedikit buku fiksi, dan bahan bacaan lainnya. Kendala yang dihadapi pustakawan dalam mengelola perpustakaan antara lain fasilitas yang kurang memadai, kurangnya dana untuk biaya operasional perpustakaan, kurangnya buku referensi untuk dibaca, staf atau pustakawan yang tidak mencukupi, dan masih rendahnya fokus pengembangan perpustakaan oleh manajemen sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Guardian Care Service Program as a strategy for handling student bullying by implementing an ethnoparenting approach in Islamic boarding schools. Qualitative research methods were used to gain an in-depth understanding of how foster carers involve cultural values in handling bullying cases and guiding students according to the local context. Research findings show that the Foster Care Service Program is an approach that responds to cultural dynamics in Islamic boarding schools, where foster carers play a central role in creating a safe and supportive environment. This program integrates local cultural and ethical values in developing santri, creates contextual anti-bullying policies, and increases community involvement. The results of this research provide valuable insight regarding the effectiveness of the ethnoparenting approach in overcoming bullying and supporting students' positive growth in the Islamic boarding school environment. The implications of these findings can help develop similar programs in traditional Islamic educational institutions and contribute to further understanding regarding the role of foster carers and ethnoparenting approaches in creating an educational environment that is inclusive, safe, and based on local cultural values.

Abstract

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Abstract

The involvement of women leaders, especially in early childhood education, is essential to the nature of a woman who is soft, patient, and affectionate, making children feel more comfortable in building deeper social emotions such as tolerance and equality. This study aims to analyze and understand women's leadership in building values of tolerance and equality in early childhood. The location of study was conducted in PAUD Asmaul Husna, Sogaan, Pakuniran Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach type of case study. The results showed that, first, the leadership in PAUD Asmaul Husna is a woman who is highly dedicated to creating polite cultural programs to develop a solid foundation to build intelligence, values, tolerance, and equality in children's souls. Second, applying the values of tolerance and equality has been carried out in PAUD Asmaul Husna with the following stages: first, SWOT Analysis. Second, the implementation of religious moderation programs. Third, Innovators and Motivators. Fourth, gender awareness for early childhood. The involvement of women leaders in building tolerant and equality values applied through religious moderation programs can provide early stimulation of understanding tolerance and equality, which will be the basis for future knowledge of child growth

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies used by the Principal of SMP Negeri 01 Wringin Bondowoso in preventing bullying cases. Bullying in schools is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on students' academic and emotional development. This study explores the strategies of the Principal in preventing bullying cases in the school environment. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 01 Wringin, Bondowoso Regency. Through a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods, this study found that the Principal plays a crucial role in creating a safe and conducive school environment. Some of the main strategies implemented include developing character education programs, teacher training on handling bullying, increasing supervision in vulnerable areas, and involving parents and the community in prevention efforts. In addition, the Principal also encourages the implementation of strict policies against bullies and provides support to victims. The results of the study indicate that a combination of preventive approaches and active interventions can effectively reduce bullying incidents in schools. Thus, the Principal must have good commitment and managerial skills to implement these strategies effectively.

Abstract

This writing aims to transform RA Masyithoh Sutoragan into an advanced, quality, and global madrasah through the use of YouTube social media for the advancement of the institution. This arose from problems in RA, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, where we had to hold online learning.on line. The weak ability of teachers to operate IT makes us think hard about finding a way to make learning more effective. Online learning can run smoothly. We conduct training activities independently, both online and offline, in institutions and also learn from various sources, both paid and free. The subjects of our research were teachers and education personnel at RA Masyithoh Sutoragan. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive analysis method through face-to-face interviews. The results of the study show that the strategy for developing the RA head's entrepreneurial competency through the use of YouTube social media has made RA Masyithoh Sutoragan get additional income from YouTube bonuses, and RA is increasingly in demand by the community, as evidenced by the increasing number of students every year. Teachers are getting more creative. The activities and creativity of teachers are uploaded to cyberspace via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Keywords:   Entrepreneurship Competence, Social Media, Youtube

Abstract

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kearsipan dalam meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan administrasi di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, berfokus pada data yang diperoleh dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan arsip terbagi menjadi lima tahapan yaitu meliputi a) penerimaan arsip didata berdasarkan surat masuk dan keluar, b) pengarahan/pendistribusian arsip dilakukan secara manual maupun digital seperti pendistribusian melalui whatsapp atau email, c) pencatatan arsip dicatat berdasar jenisnya yaitu arsip penting (dokumen kepegawaian, dokumen keuangan, dokumen perizinan dan legalitas, naskah dinas) dan arsip aktif (surat menyurat harian, data guru dan tenaga kependidikan, program BOS, data sekolah aktif), d ) penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan arsip disimpan dalam lemari besi  dalam ruang ber-AC arsip, sedangkan arsip yang sudah tidak memiliki nilai guna disipan dalam gudang, e) pemusnahan arsip di dilakukan secara berkala yaitu dokumen yang sudah memasuki usia 10 tahun dengan menggunakan alat pemusnah dokumen / paper shredder. Selain itu, Penguatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan Evaluasi berkala terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip merupakan upaya Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Purworejo dalam memastikan kualitas dan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi
