Managing hypertension requires a comprehensive approach, including nonpharmacological interventions such as long-term hypertension exercise programs. In this context, Interprofessional Education (IPE) and Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration among healthcare professionals to improve service quality and community education. The aims is to enhance community knowledge about hypertension, develop skills in independently performing hypertension exercises, and strengthen interprofessional collaboration through IPE and IPC. The program was conducted through health education using power point presentations, leaflets, and exercise videos. Pre-test and post-test evaluations were used to measure participants’ knowledge. The implementation incorporated IPE and IPC principles in its approach. There was an increase in the elderly's knowledge about hypertension, as indicated by the post-test results being higher than the pre-test scores.. Participants were also able to independently perform hypertension exercises guided by educational videos, supported by effective interprofessional team collaboration. Health education using interactive media, supported by IPE and IPC approaches, effectively improved community knowledge and skills in hypertension management..
