<![CDATA[The evaluation of learning outcomes such as the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) and the Final Semester Exam (UAS) often shows significant differences in scores, which can be influenced by various factors such as teaching methods and student motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of student learning outcomes based on UTS and UAS scores using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, a non-parametric statistical test. The research was conducted on fourth-grade students at SDN Rawa Badak Utara 23 using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained from the UTS and UAS scores in Mathematics, which were then analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality and Wilcoxon test to determine the difference in scores. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a Z value of -1.930 with a significance of 0.054. Since the significance value of 0.054 > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the UTS and UAS scores of the students. This analysis indicates that conducting evaluations at two different times does not always reflect a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. Therefore, evaluation approaches should consider broader factors to enhance the effectiveness of learning.]]>
