Pasangan lintas budaya di kampung Lapua menghadapi perbedaan nilai, tradisi, serta tekanan sosial, dan bagaimana hal ini berdampak pada pembentukan karakter warga negara yang toleran. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pasangan antarbudaya, tokoh adat, dan peran gereja setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkawinan antarbudaya berpotensi memperkuat integrasi sosial dan menghidupkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama sila Persatuan Indonesia. Namun, dinamika tribalisme dan dominasi budaya dalam rumah tangga dapat melemahkan harmoni jika tidak dikelola dengan bijak. Gereja terbukti memainkan peran strategis sebagai agen transformasi sosial melalui pendidikan nilai-nilai kasih, kesetaraan, dan toleransi. Kesimpulannya, perkawinan antarbudaya di Kampung Lapua menjadi laboratorium sosial bagi praktik hidup berbangsa yang menjunjung tinggi kebhinekaan, sekaligus memperlihatkan urgensi pembinaan kewarganegaraan sejak dari lingkup keluarga dalam membangun Indonesia yang inklusif dan damai dalam perbedaan.
