<![CDATA[The purpose of implementing the community service of installing alley and hamlet boundary signs is to make it easier for the community to find locations in hamlet-level services and as a marker or identity of the hamlet and as a signpost for those who pass through the road. Methods for realizing community service activities include: 1) Formation of a community service team consisting of lecturers, KKN students, the community and the village government. 2) Preparation of needs starting from direction, preparation of mobilization, procurement of tools, materials and making signs. 3) Installation of alley and hamlet boundary signs. The results of the community service are in the form of installing alley and hamlet boundary signs in Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village with a community service team consisting of lecturers, KKN students, local residents and the village government, especially the hamlet head. Signs as a necessity in community service are made by experts because they are made of iron which requires a cutting and welding process to make them stronger and more durable. Installation of signs so that they are durable is carried out by digging and casting the base of the sign which is embedded along 0.5m. The installation of signs is supported by the village government and local residents because they can be used as a signpost and identity of the local village or hamlet and can make it easier for visitors, especially tourists.]]>
