Results: The results showed that more than a part (63.9%) of well-informed men had complete medical records, and more than a proportion (79.2%) of poorly knowledgeable men had incomplete medical records. More than a part (69.0%) of those who comply with the SOP have complete medical records, while more than a part (74.2%) of those who do not comply with the SOP have incomplete medical records.
