Abstract

Upaya pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, mental dan psikososial anak melalui kegiatan Stimulasi, Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Penyimpangan Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK) dengan perhatian khusus anak dibawah lima tahun dan anak prasekolah.Pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak dilakukan melalui kegiatan Posyandu, namun tingkat partisipasi masyarakat masih rendah. Sebagai solusi, pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak diintegrasikan dengan fasilitas Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Guru PAUD tentang SDIDTK. Metode IbM adalah Pelatihan dan pendampingan SDIDTK bagi guru PAUD. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari, dilanjutkan pendampingan setiap satu bulan sekali sebanyak empat kali. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan pretest dan post test menggunakan kuesioneruntuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan. Skills guru PAUD dalam SDIDTK diobservasi menggunakan checklist sebelum dan setelah pendampingan. Setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru PAUD dalam melaksanakan SDIDTK secara signifikan. Rerata pengetahuan guru meningkat 17.33 point setelah pelatihan, dan skills guru PAUD rerata meningkat 27.92 poin setelah pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dapat mengoptimalkan peran guru PAUD dalam melaksanakan SDIDTK sehingga kualitas tumbuh kembang anak prasekolahmeningkat. Abstract

The phenomenon currently circulating in society is the rise of cases of sexual abuse in children, and the importance of age-appropriate sex education, meanwhile those close to children feel confused about what to convey. This study aims to determine the effect of sex education on the level of sexual knowledge in children in grades 4-6 at MI.Miftahussudur 02, Parengan District, Tuban Regency. The study used a pre-experimental one group post test design. Population of all students in grades 4-6 in MI. Miftahussudur 02 Parengan District, Tuban Regency. As many as 64 respondents used SPSS 26.0 using a purposive sampling technique, the research instrument used a questionnaire, then analyzed with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results of the study showed that before being given sex education about sexual knowledge it was found that the majority (73.5%) had sufficient sexual knowledge and after sex education most (59.4%) had good sexual knowledge. The Wilcoxon test results obtained an asymp sig (2-failed) value of 0.000 (less than the value of α = 0.05%) so it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) in this study is accepted, where there is an effect of sex education on the level of sexual knowledge in grade 4 children -6 At MI Miftahussudur 02 Parengan District, Tuban Regency in 2023. Low understanding of sex in school-age children leads to high sexual immoral behavior and makes children victims and perpetrators of sexual violence. Providing education to children through video media is an interactive medium to increase students' understanding of sexuality.

Abstract

Parents' knowledge of children's littering behavior is an important thing that needs to be considered by every parent. That needs to be considered by every parent, because it can help children's behavior towards a positive direction, especially in disposing of garbage. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge parents with children's behavior of throwing garbage. This research design uses correlation analytics with crosssectional approach. The sample of this study was 63 respondents using random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is parental knowledge, while the dependent variable in this study is children's littering behavior. This study is the behavior of children to dispose of garbage. Data were collected using a questionnaire of parental knowledge knowledge questionnaire and observation of children's waste disposal behavior. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of p<0.05. p<0.05. The results showed that almost half (46.0%) of parents' knowledge was good, and more than half (66.7%) of children's behavior was good. More than half (66.7%) of children's behavior to dispose of garbage in its place with their own awareness. The results of data analysis the results of data analysis obtained a value of p = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between parental knowledge and children's behavior. Behavior to dispose of garbage. The results of this study are expected to be used as information about development in the community in parental knowledge with children's behavior of throwing garbage.

Abstract

The level of family welfare is the key to meeting children's nutritional needs. Parents need to identify nutritional problems experienced by children. Specifically, we want to know how family income affects children's caloric intake. The study used a cross-sectional analytical design. A total of seventy-four youngsters were sampled using the Simple Random Sampling approach. We used a questionnaire to collect data on family welfare levels, measured height and weight to calculate body mass index (BMI), and then ran the numbers through the Chi-Square Test. Among the families surveyed, 43.2% fell into the second group of wealthy, while 51.4% were classified as having normal nutrition. There is a statistically significant correlation between family welfare and children's nutritional status (p = 0.023, r(s) = 0.016, according to the Chi-Square test). The statistics indicate that children's nutritional status is adequate, although there is room for improvement. A child's nutritional condition may be affected by their family's degree of welfare. A child's dietary requirements are better met in families with greater levels of welfare. For optimal growth and development, it is expected that parents would attend to their children's dietary requirements

Abstract

Children with temper tantrums will show reactions that are out of the child's control such as screaming, rolling and screaming so that the impact of the child's intellectual and social development is not balanced and the child uses the tantrum as a weapon so that his desires are fulfilled. The lack of knowledge of mothers in dealing with temper tantrums has a bad impact on children, so knowledge about handling temper tantrums is needed. Education using audiovisual is effective in increasing knowledge because it is interesting, not boring, and easy to carry around. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of audiovisual education on maternal behavior in the handling of preschool-age temper tantrums. The design of this study uses a Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest conducted on 34 mothers taken using the Total Sampling technique in May 2023. The intervention provided was in the form of playing educational videos on handling temper tantrums. The research data was taken with a temper tantrum knowledge questionnaire, then analyzed using the Paired T-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the knowledge of mothers about the treatment of temper tantrums after being given the audio-visual education method (p=0.000). Audio-visual education can increase a person's knowledge because the material conveyed can be received through the senses of sight and hearing. It is recommended that the public can enrich information about the treatment of temper tantrums, and for researchers to further research other aspects or use different methods.

Abstract

Garbage will cause health problems if not managed properly. The increase in waste along with the rate of population growth and ignorance of sorting waste according to its type is a problem that must be resolved. As is the case with students at SDN Sendangrejo II Lamongan. This study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual education on knowledge of sorting waste at SDN Sendangrejo II Lamongan. The study used a pre-experimental one group post test design. The population of all students in grades 1-6 at SDN Sendangrejo II Lamongan was 44 respondents using SPSS 26.0 using a total sampling technique, the research instrument used a questionnaire, then the results were analyzed using the Wicoxon test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results of the study showed that before being given audio-visual education about sorting waste, it was found that almost all students (81.8%) had a low level of knowledge and after being given audio-visual education, it was found that most students (72.7%) had a good level of knowledge. Video is one of the educational media that can increase one's knowledge because the material presented can be received through the senses of sight and hearing. It is recommended that educators use this audio- visual technique in providing education or learning activities.

Abstract

Self-concept is an individual's views and feelings about himself that determine the determinants in communicatingwith others. Children who have a negative self-concept will view themselves and their environment in a low lightand aggressiveness among students will have the most negative impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between bullying behavior and self- concept in children at SDIT Al-Uswah Tuban. The design of this study used analytic correlation with a cross-sectional approach which was analyzed using random sampling technique on 52 respondents. The data was taken using a questionnaire on bullying behavior and self-concept, thenanalyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that 71.2% had a high self-concept, 69.2% had mild bullying behavior. Statistical test results obtained p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and r = 0,436, which means that there is a significant relationship between bullying behavior and self-concept in children with sufficient relationship strength.Students who have a high self- concept have low bullying behavior. Therefore, parents are expected to monitor andgive advice to their children to be kind to others. Therefore, the school teaches children many things so that this can become a child's weapon in the future through religious knowledge, because to become a better person.
