<![CDATA[The sustainability of Islamic education financing has become a major challenge amid increasing demands for educational quality and the limitations of conventional funding sources. This study focuses on examining entrepreneurship management based on adaptive strategies as an effort to ensure the sustainability of Islamic education financing at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of pesantren entrepreneurship practices. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the pesantren leader, business unit managers, the treasurer, and students, as well as documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the sustainability of Islamic education financing is determined by the pesantren’s ability to analyze internal and external environments, develop innovative and flexible entrepreneurial units, and integrate Islamic values such as trustworthiness, honesty, blessing, and public benefit (maslahah) into adaptive strategies. Adaptive strategies enable the pesantren to respond to market dynamics, social changes, and technological developments without compromising its identity and mission of Islamic education. The implications of this study suggest that entrepreneurship management based on adaptive strategies can serve as an alternative model for strengthening sustainable and ethical economic independence in pesantren and can be applied to other Islamic educational institutions.]]>
