<![CDATA[Teachers become one of the benchmarks of whether an educational institution is good or not. So it is not surprising that the government and institutional leaders try to improve the quality of work of educators through various programs. To achieve the expected goals, a technique called teacher career development management is needed. The purpose of this research is to describe Teacher Career Development Management. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach model, then analyzed descriptively and concluded. The results showed that teacher career development can be done through educational qualification improvement programs, equalization or certification programs, competency training programs, supervision programs, MGMP empowerment programs, teacher symposium programs, research programs, careful training in reading and writing journals or scientific papers, actively participating in professional organizations, and keeping abreast of actual news from the news media. So by participating in various trainings and programs, it is hoped that teachers' careers can accelerate because they get assignments and promotions.]]>
