Abstrak: Kusta merupakan penyakit menular kronis yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Stigma negatif terhadap penderita kusta menyebabkan mereka mengalami diskriminasi dan kesulitan reintegrasi sosial. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan penderita kusta melalui penguatan UMKM dan peningkatan akses pelayanan kesehatan di Panti Rehabilitasi Kusta. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyediaan alat pelindung diri untuk pertukangan, pengadaan obat dan alat medis dasar, serta pembentukan sistem pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada sebagai pengrajin mebelair yang dirawat luka secara rutin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keselamatan kerja pengrajin mebelair, terfasilitasinya ruang pengobatan yang lengkap, dan terbangunnya sistem pelayanan kesehatan rutin. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas hidup 44 penghuni panti yang terdiri dari 19 kepala keluarga. Keberlanjutan kegiatan PKM dilakukan secara rutin oleh mitra kerjasama lintas institusi. Hal ini terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi masalah kompleks penderita kusta dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan penderita kusta yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease that remains a public health problem in Indonesia. The negative stigma against leprosy sufferers causes them to experience discrimination and difficulty in social reintegration. This community service program aims to empower leprosy sufferers by strengthening UMKM and improving access to health services at Leprosy Rehabilitation Center. The activity methods include providing personal protective equipment for carpentry, procuring basic medicines and medical equipment, and establishing a basic health care system. Evaluation was conducted through interviews with furniture craftsmen who regularly treat wounds. The results of the activity showed an increase in work safety for furniture craftsmen, the provision of a complete treatment room, and the establishment of a routine health care system. This program successfully improved the quality of life of 44 residents of the center, consisting of 19 heads of families. The continuation of PKM activities is carried out routinely by institutional collaboration partner. This has proven effective in addressing the complex problems of leprosy sufferers and is expected to become a model for sustainable empowerment of leprosy sufferers.
