ABSTRACT Employee work discipline is one of the important factors in supporting the effectiveness and improvement of performance in government organizations. Various factors are assumed to influence the level of employee discipline, including leadership supervision, financial compensation, and the implementation of knowledge management that has not been optimally carried out. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership supervision, financial compensation, and knowledge management, both simultaneously and partially, on employee work discipline at the Krueng Sabee Sub-District Office, Aceh Jaya Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation studies, with the research subjects consisting of all employees of the Krueng Sabee Sub-District Office totaling 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships and effects among the research variables. The results indicate that leadership supervision, financial compensation, and knowledge management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, each independent variable also shows a positive and significant effect, with knowledge management identified as the most dominant variable influencing employee work discipline. The coefficient of determination reveals that most of the variation in employee work discipline can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings conclude that improving employee work discipline can be achieved through strengthening leadership supervision, providing adequate financial compensation, and implementing effective and sustainable knowledge management. ABSTRAK Kedisiplinan kerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan. Berbagai faktor diduga memengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai, di antaranya pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan penerapan knowledge management yang belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan knowledge management baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kedisiplinan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Krueng Sabee Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi, dengan objek penelitian seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Krueng Sabee Kabupaten Aceh Jaya yang berjumlah 32 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan kerja pegawai. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel independen juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan knowledge management sebagai variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi kedisiplinan kerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui penguatan pengawasan pimpinan, pemberian kompensasi finansial yang memadai, serta penerapan knowledge management yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
