Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan menuntut guru untuk mampu mengintegrasikan media pembelajaran digital secara efektif. Salah satu perangkat yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran interaktif adalah Interactive Flat Panel (IFP). Namun, pemanfaatannya di sekolah dasar masih belum optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan motivasi guru melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan IFP di SDN 47 Ampenan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan angket refleksi peserta. Hasil menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, seperti penggunaan fitur interaktif, media visual, serta integrasi sumber belajar digital. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan motivasi guru yang ditunjukkan melalui antusiasme, minat untuk berinovasi, dan keinginan mengikuti pelatihan lanjutan. Temuan juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang saling memperkuat antara strategi pembelajaran dan motivasi guru. Pelatihan pemanfaatan IFP efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penguatan strategi dan motivasi guru. Namun, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendampingan agar pemanfaatan teknologi dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: guru sekolah dasar; Interactive Flat Panel; motivasi guru; pelatihan; strategi pembelajaran. AbstractThe development of educational technology requires teachers to effectively integrate digital learning media into the teaching process. One of the tools that can support interactive learning is the Interactive Flat Panel (IFP). However, its utilization in elementary schools remains not yet optimal. This activity aims to optimize instructional strategies and enhance teacher motivation through training on the use of IFP at SDN 47 Ampenan. The methods used were outreach, training, technology implementation, evaluation, and program sustainability. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and participant reflection questionnaires.The results indicate a positive impact on improving teachers’ ability to develop technology-based instructional strategies, such as the use of interactive features, visual media, and the integration of digital learning resources. In addition, there was an increase in teacher motivation, as reflected in their enthusiasm, willingness to innovate, and interest in participating in further training. The findings also reveal a mutually reinforcing relationship between instructional strategies and teacher motivation. IFP training is effective in improving the quality of learning through strengthening instructional strategies and teacher motivation. However, continuous training and mentoring are required to ensure optimal and sustainable integration of technology in elementary school learning. Keywords: elementary school teachers; interactive flat panel; teacher motivation; training; instructional strategies.
