Abstrak Transisi fase kehidupan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi memicu pergeseran pola makan dan gaya hidup sedentari yang meningkatkan risiko penyakit tidak menular pada usia produktif, termasuk di Universitas Negeri Medan. Sebagai solusi, program pemberdayaan Nourish Expo dilaksanakan di Halaman Gedung Serbaguna, Universitas Negeri Medan, pada tanggal 18–19 Mei 2026. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi profil kesehatan kardiometabolik dan meningkatkan literasi gizi sivitas akademika melalui pendekatan skrining klinis dan edukasi interaktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 70 partisipan sukarela yang mencakup unsur mahasiswa, dosen, serta tenaga kependidikan. Metode pemberdayaan yang diaplikasikan mengintegrasikan pengukuran antropometri, pemeriksaan biokimia darah, konseling gizi individual, dan diskusi gelar wicara gizi. Evaluasi literasi gizi diukur secara kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test yang diuji menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil skrining klinis menunjukkan fenomena beban ganda malnutrisi kelebihan berat badan dan obesitas 41,4%, dengan underweight sebesar 4,3%. Temuan klinis mengonfirmasi risiko kardiometabolik meliputi tekanan darah tinggi (52,9%), hiperkolesterolemia (18,6%), hiperurisemia (17,1%), lemak viseral tinggi (44,3%), serta anemia (8,6%). Secara signifikan, intervensi kognitif berhasil meningkatkan rerata skor total literasi gizi partisipan dari 53,10 ± 9,80 menjadi 82,80 ± 7,50 dengan peningkatan sebesar 29,70 poin (p = 0,000). Integrasi antara audit kesehatan berbasis data personal dan edukasi interaktif terbukti efektif meningkatkan kapasitas kognitif serta kesadaran pencegahan penyakit metabolik. Model pemberdayaan ini direkomendasikan sebagai strategi promotif-preventif yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung terwujudnya ekosistem kampus sehat. Abstract The transition of life phases in the university environment triggers shifts in dietary patterns and sedentary lifestyles that increase the risk of non-communicable diseases in productive age groups, including at Medan State University. As a solution, the Nourish Expo empowerment program was held at the Multipurpose Building Yard, Medan State University, on May 18–19, 2026. This activity aims to evaluate cardiometabolic health profiles and improve nutritional literacy of the academic community through a clinical screening approach and interactive education. This activity involved 70 volunteer participants including students, lecturers, and education staff. The empowerment method applied integrated anthropometric measurements, blood biochemistry examinations, individual nutritional counseling, and nutrition talk show discussions. Nutrition literacy evaluation was measured quantitatively using pre-test and post-test questionnaires tested using a paired sample t-test.[3.1][NP3.2] The results of clinical screening showed the phenomenon of a double burden of malnutrition of overweight and obesity at 41.4%, with underweight at 4.3%. Clinical findings confirmed cardiometabolic risks including high blood pressure (52.9%), hypercholesterolemia (18.6%), hyperuricemia (17.1%), high visceral fat (44.3%), and anemia (8.6%). Significantly, the cognitive intervention successfully increased the mean total nutritional literacy score of participants from 53.10 ± 9.80 to 82.80 ± 7.50, an increase of 29.70 points (p = 0.000). The integration of personal data-based health audits and interactive education proved effective in increasing cognitive capacity and awareness of metabolic disease prevention. This empowerment model is recommended as a sustainable promotive-preventive strategy to support the realization of a healthy campus ecosystem.
