<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the strategic steps of Pesantren Qomaruddin in responding to digital flows and building trust in the digital era through Qomaruddin Media. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis was conducted using The Speed of Trust theory by Stephen Covey, evaluating five aspects of trust: self-trust, relationship trust, organizational trust, market trust, and societal trust. The results of this study show that 1) Pesantren Qomaruddin's strategic steps in responding to digital flows are carried out through various initiatives that combine traditional values with advances in digital technology; 2) Qomaruddin Media builds trust based on solid principles, demonstrating its integrity, credibility, and capability in managing the pesantren's digital media, but still needs to improve several aspects to remain relevant and contribute positively in the digital era.]]>
