<![CDATA[The training conducted by PT Veritrust Global Solusindo is organized online, offline, and blended. However, in its implementation, PT Veritrust Global Solusindo faces several obstacles in the form of materials still in the form of printed modules. Besides that, in training, there needs to be an interaction forum between participants and instructors, which makes training more interactive and participants more active. Therefore, how does this e-training application help the training implementation process, and can participants store and download materials besides this application as a medium for interaction and discussion between participants and instructors? The purpose of this research is to design applications that can help and optimize the training process through e-training applications. The method used to design the system in this study is the Waterfall method so that it is easier for system development, and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for visual system modeling. The e-training application is made web-based using the Laravel framework. With this e-training application, the training process at PT Veritrust Global Solusindo can run more effectively and interactively. Existence of this application instructors can upload material so that it can be stored and participants can download material and access it at any time, this e-training application also has a medium of interaction between participants with instructors and admins in the form of forums to share information and questions relevant to training.]]>
