<![CDATA[Unrestricted social interaction among adolescents - often referred to as “pergaulan bebas” - is an issue requiring attention during their developmental years, particularly at the junior high school level. Adolescence is a stage characterized by increased social interaction and the search for identity; consequently, young people require knowledge and guidance to select appropriate social environments and behaviors. This community service initiative aimed to educate students at SMPN Satap 4 Sematu Jaya on preventing such unrestricted social behavior while fostering positive conduct. The program utilized an interactive guidance approach, incorporating material presentations, real-life examples relevant to the students' daily experiences, interactive sessions, and discussions. The results demonstrated that the students were enthusiastic about the material presented. Through this guidance and education, students gained an understanding of the concept of unrestricted social interaction, the influencing factors, the potential negative consequences, and the importance of cultivating healthy social relationships. This activity serves as a preventive measure to help students develop positive behaviors, improve their ability to choose appropriate social circles, and avoid actions that could harm themselves or others.]]>
