The digitalization of public services is driving changes in parking payment systems from cash transactions to technology-based payments. This community service activity aims to support the digitalization of services through socialization and guidance in implementing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) based parking payment system in parking services within the Palangka Raya City Transportation Department. The activity uses a participatory approach with socialization and guidance methods carried out in five stages: identifying conditions and needs, preparation, socialization, guidance, and evaluation. The results show that socialization helps improve the participants' understanding of the benefits and usage procedures of QRIS, while guidance provides the opportunity to practice transactions directly. The implementation of QRIS provides a more practical payment alternative for people and supports more organized and documented transaction records. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as differences in user understanding, availability of devices, internet network, and cash payment habits. Therefore, implementing QRIS can be one step in supporting the digitalization of parking services, while still requiring readiness of staff, infrastructure, network, and ongoing socialization.
