Early childhood education (ECE) teachers in Cikarang Pusat District, Bekasi Regency face challenges in preparing children's developmental progress reports systematically and based on authentic assessment evidence. This community service activity aimed to strengthen ECE teachers' competence in preparing such reports using the Rapor Application. The activity used an interactive workshop employing lecturing, group discussion, application demonstration, and hands-on practice. Pre-test and post-test instruments measured participants' understanding before and after the workshop. Results from the 20 participating ECE teachers showed a mean score increase from 52.20 to 67.40, a gain of 15.20 points, while participants in the low category decreased from 80% to 15%. All seven measured aspects improved, with the highest gain of 19 points recorded in the use of the Rapor Application. The activity proved effective in strengthening teachers' competence in assessment-based and technology-supported reporting.
